My problem with the funds is, utilization; not the borrowing. They can borrow a trillion dollars -- I don't care, but can we justify prudent, astute and honest utilization? |
Now, that's what's up . . . let's show Malaysia and Indonesia who the boss is. |
Arrest GEJ: Wrong move that will be . . . especially at this point in time where the government has low approval ratings. As corrupt as he is, he's bought himself national and international clemency. Arresting him will nullify the gains made for democracy, not only in Africa, but worldwide. There are other things that can be done to touch him. Plus if you arrest GEJ, you'll have to go down the whole haul: OBJ, Abdusalam, IBB, and e.t.c. This government does not yet have such kinda clout and credit with the people. Mama Piss: I don't care about her. |
Source or no 'sauce', at the least, half of the above is true. No news here . . . Forex anarchy: blame Buhari and Emefiele -- the buck stops with those 2. ![]() |
Like Omenka rightly said, they should be bombing the properties of their kinsmen, who are actually their real oppressors and enemy . . . well maybe the oppressors are actually the sponsors of the agitators. ![]() Shame on keyboard warriors who get none o' d cut. |
You want people living in the real world, making money in the real world, marrying and inter-marrying and raising kids in the real world, studying, working, socializing, and e.t.c. in the real world, to abandon their real life for your deluded fantasy, ego, fraud? You try . . .. ![]() |
Lunacy is in the air: first it was Mama Piss seeking $200m compensation, and now Fayose's 'Jesus-bright' future? ![]() |

We are at the river bank now, we need to build a bridge to cross it to progress, or turn and retrogress, or cross, swimming and risk drowning. Whoever typed the speech though, needs a competent proofreader. |
Eat local rice, or eat something else. |
Why do we still have non-IPPIS FG workers? Legislature should do the needful, and probably call the auditor general, finance minister, budget and planning, and other heads of indicated ministries to do some explaining. For those asking about the N6.02T, that is not the big issue here . . . I wish I have the time to explain why . . . |
Fayose is 100% right on this. Let the citizens arm themselves now! And let Fayose put action to his words, these recent marauding Fulani herdsmen, are terrorists in disguise. |
If the funds will be used for maintaining the roads, but this should not be run by government. It would be a more concrete step in the right direction if the high traffic ones of them roads are leased to capable private firms who will upgrade them to international standards, and with alternate routes, then toll gate them. |
If Lagos continues on this path, and the Naira appreciates, with all the projected projects and ongoing ones, the state might as well become the 2nd largest economy in Africa (behind Nigeria) in 10-15 years from now. If care is not taken (if other states continue in their slumber and mediocrity), on the longer term (say 20-30 years from now) it might go on to dwarf the rest 35 states of Nigeria and FCT combined! |
“It was the PDP that tormented my husband and he died as a result of the humiliation he suffered in the hands of the PDP. As far as am concerned, the humiliated me and took everything [that we stole] away from us.”Fixed that. |
I would have preferred if someone of Sowore's status had had a second thought about using such crude opening words in chastising the ex-president. |

“I am part of the committee allocating those forex, and I know and I can see some of you here; we gave you forex, but you returned it. And the reason that was given was that the forex was not enough to import. But that is not the truth. The truth is that if you go to the market today and buy products and land here, you are required to sell it at N145 maximum. That is the main reason why people are not importing.Kyari is confused. ATEOTD, it is still about Forex rate, at what rate are you giving them? Anything above N260 or thereabout makes it too tight for profit already. kikake:The drivels are not against the cause, rather, against the cost and our present situation. Whatever happened to using individual volunteers, sponsors, and donors to minimize cost? |

This is too shameful for the judiciary of any country. |
GEJ has been bitten by Lai. |
The interior of this train shouldn't have been white though. |
aresssa:That's the real money maker: projected to ferry over 2 million passengers (N200-N500m) or more, a day. This country will never progress until we change all of them 1950/1960s laws; from power to rail, procurement, and e.t.c. -- phewww! |
