lat4real: Titanium backup always disappear every time I restart my phone

9free: I just ported. I can't find any file-manager to access my sd-card. Thus, I have not been able to install my backed-up apps.
Can't also access the net or use playstore cos I have not been able to set the APN. All interfaces to set it force closes anytime I open them.
My mobile data connectivity signal is not showing even after I have enabled mobile data.
Anyway around these
