etunoman76: One around and the other two within Kuje. There are others, but my surveyor friend can only take the risk of locating them (this cost 7K) only if there's a serious buyer. Most of these lands are 1000sqm including the 3 on offer. And the titles are Offer, but u can also get d ones that come with R of O or others

I don't have buildable at Kuje right now but i can make inquiries. It might be a little farther from town, but will see what i can come up with. However, there are 3 'buildables' at Gwagwalada for btw N700k - N1m ( don't fret seeing that million, u can always negotiate with the owner )

*Just get the genuine documents.(R of O or C of O) but C of O preferably.
*Try to do search on the land with agis/fcda to make sure it is truly existing.
*Ask alot of questions about the property.
*Try to know the history of the property 4rm the first alotee to others b4 it got to u.
*Do not be in haste to buy any property, take ur time on it.
*Ask questions from people around d property u want to buy, they seems to knw many things that may help.
*Deal with reputable agent/lawyers if want to buy any property.

etunoman76: Well, u are looking at a size of 85ft X 100ft, which can conveniently take ur building and a couple of other structures depending on what u have in mind.

The commission is usually 5% of d purchase cost from
ur end. There's the surveyor to locate d plot for u and place beacons and they usually charge btw 35K - 75K depending on what needs to be done. U can get a lawyer to do most of d paperwork for u even to ascertain d authenticity of d land, change of ownership etc and they usually charge 7% of d purchase sum, which can be negotiated, but if u have one already, better. So at d end, u are likely going to spend additional 120K - 150K. It all depends on ur power of negotiation

kalan: To me what SEC has just done is to boost the investment value of these stocks- by this vote of confidence, and before you know it these stocks will be out of reach. Guys, if you want to buy any stock, here you go.

To be frank, apart from banks, these are sector leaders. outside this range, you are on your own.
