etunoman76: Well, u are looking at a size of 85ft X 100ft, which can conveniently take ur building and a couple of other structures depending on what u have in mind.

The commission is usually 5% of d purchase cost from
ur end. There's the surveyor to locate d plot for u and place beacons and they usually charge btw 35K - 75K depending on what needs to be done. U can get a lawyer to do most of d paperwork for u even to ascertain d authenticity of d land, change of ownership etc and they usually charge 7% of d purchase sum, which can be negotiated, but if u have one already, better. So at d end, u are likely going to spend additional 120K - 150K. It all depends on ur power of negotiation

I don't have buildable at Kuje right now but i can make inquiries. It might be a little farther from town, but will see what i can come up with. However, there are 3 'buildables' at Gwagwalada for btw N700k - N1m ( don't fret seeing that million, u can always negotiate with the owner )

Is there no cheap land around Abuja? Something for low income earners(i.e between 350k - 900k). Maybe around Kuje, Bwari Gwagwalada, Keffi and other bordering towns
