I don watch dis film, just that iv forgotten the title. |
Lol @OBJ's letters. But their after effects actually possess historical accuracy. I like this. OBJ is actually a cat with more than nine lives. He has emerged unscathed from tight situations that would have claimed the lives of many men. Captured and rescued at the point of death in Congo Miraculously survived the Nzeogwu Coup de tat purge- he was Nzeogwu's flatmate and possible confidant. Was wounded during the Biafran War Survived the Dimka Coup Survived Abacha's Tyranny Didn't get caught in the Aso Rock Jinx Went in and out of Boko Haram's stronghold Car accidents, peace keeping missions etc. Don't get this twisted. I'm not a fan of Ebora Owu but he is definitely a force to reckon with. Politically and otherwise. |
mkpuruoka:Guy where u dey since morning. Well written man! Well written. |
Tweak2k:The fact remains that he is stil alive. Again, I wrote 'claims to have fired the shot'. There have been other reports contradicting his claim but everyone agreed that he took part in that operation. |
VeeBabs:You took this right out of my fingers. |
EMEKA1MILLION:Yeah! That's life. At least he made his mark. Iraqi rebels won't forget him in a hurry. |
EMEKA1MILLION:Legend . U shud see the movie. That's one of the greatest snipers that ever lived. |

keyman0007:Your post is all about you. You are 27 goin on 28. You've worked for 6 yrs, You are ready for marriage, you've given yourself a deadline. U didn't consider her at all. Now let's analyze both of u: She's dated u for over a year: she's into u. She wants u to meet her folks: she thinks u r good enough for her. She doesn't see the big deal separating for a year: she trusts u She cried and begged when u tried breaking up: she loves u She's a virgin: she's principled She's going for her masters: she's focused. You: You want her to shelve her studies and get married: that's inconsiderate. You are cheating, you've considered marrying ur side chic and you've even looked outside: you want to get married at all cost. You are afraid she'll meet someone else: You don't trust her. Dude, marriage is not all about having a good job and getting a lady to accept your proposal. It takes two matured and ready adults. You have to factor your partner too. No matter what you decide to do, weigh all the pros and cons but if you really love her, you'll wait. |
Kachisbarbie:First of all, there's absolutely notin wrong with sampling opinions from a wider audience.....then u r right, she maintains her father's state. |

The FP issue is being overflogged. Initially it was a bit hard to take but iv come to terms with it. It's actually more balanced now and more interesting. We can't all be cool with everything, so click on the topics u r interested in and let the rest be. It's privately owned afterall and how it is run is entirely up to the owner. |

montestic:I tink say na only me notice am. Maybe they are trying to make a statement about their sexual orientation. |
theoptimist298:That's not true. Rob O' Neill-the one that claims to have fired the shot that killed Osama is retired and is a well known public speaker. Another retired member-Matt Bissonette wrote a book 'No easy day' and still appears on TV. Yes there was a 'copter incident involving Naval Seals but an Obama led USA would not get rid of an entire 'special Operations Military Unit for any reason. Be very sure of your facts before posting info on a public forum. |
GloryIsaac:The Seal team VI (DEVGRU) has more than 75 commandos. Over two dozens of them took part in the operation that took out Osama (Neptune Spear). VI is just a codename, it has nothing to do with the number of soldiers. |
Don't know about 50 but the US Navy Seals is one of the most rugged military units in the world. They undergo very rigorous training & can do anything to fulfill a mission. Operation Neptune Spear was mainly executed by Seal Team 6. The Pakis played a minor role. |

SATURDAY: Saturday is the day of the week following Friday and preceding Sunday. Saturday is the seventh and therefore last day of the week according to many commonly used calendars. The Romans named Saturday Sāturni diēs ("Saturn's Day" ![]() Saturn is a god in ancient Roman religion and a character in myth. Saturn is a complex figure because of his multiple associations and long history. He was the first god of the Capitol, known since the most ancient times as Saturnius Mons, and was seen as a god of generation, dissolution, plenty, wealth, agriculture, periodic renewal and liberation. In later developments he came to be also a god of time. Saturn is also one of the planets in the universe and the only one with a ring around it. Both the Planet and the last day of the week got their names from the Roman god. Source: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Names_of_the_days_of_the_week CC: Fynestboi Richiez Olawalebabs Lalasticlala

THURSDAY: Thursday is derived from Old English Þūnresdæg and Middle English Thuresday (with loss of -n-, first in northern dialects, from influence of Old Norse Þorsdagr) meaning "Thor's Day Norse mythology portrays Thor as a hammer-wielding god associated with thunder, lightning, storms, oak trees, strength, the protection of mankind, and also hallowing, healing and fertility. FRIDAY: Friday comes from the Old English Frīġedæġ, meaning the "day of Frige", a result of an old convention associating the Old English goddess Frigg with the Roman goddess Venus, with whom the day is associated in many different cultures. Frige, or Frig, was the "presumed" Old English name for a goddess found in Anglo-Saxon paganism, the religion that dominated Anglo-Saxon England from the 5th to the 7th centuries CE. There are no direct descriptions of this deity in surviving literary sources, but historians have drawn together indirect evidence from a variety of other sources, arguing that she was probably associated with sexuality and fertility by her worshippers.

WEDNESDAY: The name Wednesday continues Middle English Wednesdei. Old English still had wōdnesdæg, which would be continued as *Wodnesday (but Old Frisian has an attested wednesdei). It is named after the Germanic god- Woden, known widely as Odin. The name is a calque of the Latin dies Mercurii "day of Mercury", reflecting the fact that the Germanic god Woden (Wodanaz or Odin) from Old Norse Óðinn) is a widely revered god. In Norse religion, from which stems most of our information about the god, Odin is associated with healing, death, royalty, the gallows, knowledge, battle, sorcery, poetry, frenzy, and the runic alphabet, and is the husband of the goddess Frigg.

TUESDAY The name Tuesday is derived from the Old English "Tiwesdæg" and literally means "Tiw's Day" Tiw is the Old English form of the Proto-Germanic god- 'Tyr'. In Norse Mythology, Tyr is a god associated with law and heroic glory and is also portrayed as the son of Odin. He is a god of war and will take mead, meat and blood for sacrifice. If a warrior carved the rune Tîwaz on his weapon he would be dedicating it to Týr.

Have you ever wondered where the days of the week got their names from? Yea Sunday and Monday are easy to guess but the remaining days of the week are weird-sounding. Below is how the weeks were named: SUNDAY: Like we may have already guessed, the first day of the week is named after the Sun. The English word Sunday derived sometime before 1250 from sunedai, which itself developed from Old English (before 700) Sunnandæg (literally meaning "sun's day" .MONDAY: The English noun Monday derived sometime before 1200 from monedæi, which itself developed from Old English (around 1000) mōnandæg and mōndæg (literally meaning "moon's day" . The term is a Germanic interpretation of Latin lunae dies ("day of the moon" .
