Tinubu knows how to grow wealth from nothing but obi knows how to grow poverty from wealth. Tinubu grew only ACN party to winning party and most populous in Africa, but obi grounded APGA to the same spot and abandoned it to other parties like PDP and LP without meaniful contribution from him to those parties. Tinubu knows how to face problem and solve it, but obi knows how to see problem and stylishly run away from it using logic and excuses. Tinubu knows how to get people to work at maximum capacity and can identify talents, but obi can kill talents and make people work at low esteem thereby resulting into substandard infrastructure under guise he is saving money.

I don't need to even compare that of PDP, it is worse for 16years; only areas they were good in sharing of public funds to themselves. PDP can pay one son of its chifetain N300 million for cutting grass for one day. They can share money meant to buy equipment to fight boko haram among themselves while boko haram hijacked many local government. Uncompleted infrastructures were common things in the era of PDP. It was difficult for PDP to start big project and finish it in one year unlike APC that completed many huge public infrastructures within reasonable time. It is not yet time to return to PDP, Tinubu can get many wrongs right where APC are deficient. After Tinubu we can then compare 16years to 16years to see which one is better.

Obi should pack aside first, he will only be doing trial and error in governance, there will also be too much infighting in his government because fragile LP will be facing two big oppositions without strong Senate and House of assembly members. Excuses will be too much for failure during Obi for under performance using fake statistics that will always generate uproar because he is good at using logic and seeking sympathy to escape justice. To me, it is not yet turn of obi, we can't call bricklayer when it is the turn of carpenter. It is the turn of Tinubu in house building, obi should relax first

Under the Government of Asiwaju Tinubu, you have absolutely no reason to embark on a senseless strike when the state is giving you the best welfare package in the country. So, what exactly did he do to actualize the project in those 4 years? Dear Peter Obi and all Obidients, can you guys explain to us what happened to this great Onitsha monorail project?

The MoU was signed by Peter Obi in 2010 between Anambra state government and a Canadian firm. 12 years later, we are yet to see any monorail. What’s the update on this project?

Anyway, so why haven't those same factors that are not state govt interventions applied to other states? Again why has a state like Bayelsa with a high allocation and small population not experienced significant development? I've said it before Lagos has the highest real estate market in the country by far, that isn't a fluke. Over 70% of the real estate market share in Nigeria is between Lagos and Abuja with Lagos' share being over 50%. How do we not acknowledge the failures of all the other states but keep obsessing over Lagos which is leading in all ramifications even if underperforming? Other states compared to Lagos have performed abysmally

Please provide the stats cos you can't just say I should go and look for some before and after pictures to compare. Can we compare in terms of migration, population growth, economic growth, investments, real estate market, infrastructural developments, social development.

My guy said ppl with brains and went on to say I should look for before and after photos. Lagos still remains #1 by far when it comes to housing market, then Abuja a distant second and it falls off from there. Mention one state that has eaten in Lagos' market share when it comes to that.

Bayelsa is a small state with a small population with relatively high allocation every single year, are they where they should be? Wike revealed Niger-Delta states were paid what they had been owed since 1999, what effect has it had on a state like Bayelsa? Shouldn't Bayelsa be one of those states ppl should be stepping over each other to go to?

The problem now is why will people who questioned the pace of a project, now also all of a sudden start questioning the relevance of the same project after it was sped up to conclusion just for them.

Few weeks ago i was arguing witth someone about re-developing the Eastern port to the level of the Lagos state when the port authority boss complained of theft and security issues as the reason for its degrading.

The truth is if FG decides to just not give a damn about all these, irrespective of the theft and security issue and whether they are making profit from it or not. And they continue pumping in money to re-develop the port, replace those stolen bouys worth over 12m naira each(about 12 stolen this year alone) , deploy more security personell and create or repair the existing roads for accessibility.

People like you will still find a way to downgrade its importance. You will still find a way to say it is a means by FG to continue to use the security agency to kill you people.
