Cos the 'interviewer' had to tell me TWICE to continue speaking. And I scaled through with 7.5. You'll be fine |

12go: Hello,
I have job experience of 5 years (excluding NYSC) and a lacuna of 5 months having resigned and not been able to get a job immediately. Will it after my work experience?
I do not have the money needed for proof of funds and will like to know if my dad can operate my account for about 7 months before I migrate or he can just transfer the money once. I thought EE route does not require POF for single.
I have paid for WES and intend evaluating my Bsc and MSc results. Is this a good idea? You being out of a job at the moment would not affect your application since you have some years experience. But you need to make sure it falls under NOC 0,A or B. EE route requires POF for single applicants (except you have a job offer, I think). Your dad can transfer the money to you when you get your ITA, have a notarized document stating this. Some folks evaluate just their Msc but it's same amount to do both so you can go ahead. I know someone who paid for both but getting his bsc verified by his uni was hell so he just emailed WES and told them to proceed with just his MSc. Hope this helps a little. |

Afamdi12: Please dear house, if my profile was created 2nd week in January, do i need to create a new profile and can the package be handled by myself cz my agents are asking me to pay 800 pounds to run it for me to submit. Is the process something one cant figure out meticulously himself? To avoid careless mistakes and missing out on the OINP. In my opinion you can handle it yourself. Almost everybody does it themselves. It's not a big deal. As for your profile, if you're referring to the EE, you will be in the pool for one year from the day you get in. What exactly do they want to 'run' for you? |

blueblood1: Hello Fam,
I need advice. I want to migrate to canada with my family but dont know if i stand a good chance. Below are my credentials
*I have an accounting degree, but worked as a banker for 10 years {thus, no accounting experience} *I am 38 * my ielts scores for general are L8. 5, R7. 5, W7. 5, S7. 5 * I am married with 2 kids *I have a bsc in Accounting, but worked as a banker for 10 years * i have done my WES evaluation.
Would really appreciate your kind assistance.
Cheers I don't know much about banking, use this link to search for your NOC by matching your job responsibilities. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/noc.aspTo qualify as a skilled worker your NOC must be 0, A or B. Your ielts is pretty good but your age and no MSc would reduce your points. Use this link to evaluate your CRS score http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.aspUse this to check out the draws in the past http://moving2canada.com/immigration-to-canada/express-entry-draw/You may also consider the PNP route. Hope this helps a little. |

Pinkygrace: Yeah, am thinking of writing Ilets again , since that was my first attempt at it, will practice more of the writing. I sure will take up your offer, I think my major issue is CONTENT development, becos I go blank most of the time and just mubble stuffs up. I can so relate, I've always disliked essays. You'll be fine. I don't know if you do, but if you don't practice with the ielts sheet, (ieltsliz has a download link) it would help you save time counting words during the exam. |

I have no idea on how it works with health professionals but you can be the primary applicant. However you're chances would be higher with 3 years or more experience. Use this link to have an idea of what your CRS score would be. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.aspPS: The primary applicants IELTS has to be at least 8/7/7/7 in L/R/S/W Use this to check out the draws in the past http://moving2canada.com/immigration-to-canada/express-entry-draw/If your CRS score is not high enough then you should look into provincial nominee program Hope I was able to help a little. All the best yody: Chai!!!! Hello house, please please and please, i have read this thread from page 0 to 220( though skipped some parts) I still dont understand all of these. I beg you all to come to my rescue, no insult please, i swear i no understand. Husband does not want to write the canadian board exam for now cos of the cost and some other factors. My questions: * Is there any other route he can take with his certificate? Maybe a health officer, or something sha, not as a doctor per say * can i also be the primary applicant? * what are our chances Note that we have not written english exam Please try explain to me. shadowgwalker: What about those who stay very far and don't have where to stay in ph? Should they also move on when they actually earned the right to be interviewed? Your advice is insensitive cuz it's not our faults that an incompetent hand handled our scores. People expressing themselves here, helps those who stay far know how to manage their situation. So stop being insensitive and mind your bizness. vechris10: all he is saying this is time to be proactive instead of waiting for a text that might never come. Try to get phone number to call, send a mail, send someone to go check out at venue to see what's happening. That's all BLESS YOU |

shadowgwalker: Look at you contradicting yourself. Those from Bayelsa should match down to presidential hotel & the rest of us should move on? You and Criminalmindz should just keep quiet abeg since you have nothing better to say. Wow!!! Now read carefully. What I'm trying to say is this if you don't go and complain to them you won't get an invite. That's why I used the context 'sitting at home'. |
Education › Re: NDDC POST-GRADUATE FOREIGN SCHOLARSHIP 2015 by A14: 3:46pm On May 19, 2015 |
shadowgwalker: Stupid advice!!! I know it sounds silly but it's the hard truth. NDDC has finished sending sms's. So it's either you go and complain to them or you MOVE ON!!! By the way peeps from BY I just heard your cut off is 30 so please if you got more than that DON'T SIT AT HOME EXPECTING match down to presidential or NDDC. |
