Funny enough I have an uncle who has consistently played bet for years with quite a strict personal discipline.

What he does is that every single weekend, he uses 10k to play no more than 5 odds. Just 3 to 4 games. Every single week. No matter what, he doesn't play 2 times even whether the first game cuts or not. And he's has been quite a "success story". Later I would share the screenshot of his betting history.
