somze: A-40 just scrolled up and realised it was community shield we were speaking about, mistook it for the carling cup.
And wats with all the name calling. Cant you make your point without them
Sadly a lot of arsenal fans have your level of immaturity and quickly expose themselves. I would not belittle my self to your standards. Go back to arsenal's thread and continue you childish behaviour, It would be most welcomed there. That doesnt change the fact that you are a numbskull and a slowpoke it really doesnt, Thank you for acknowledging your mistake sorry stupidity thats the most sensible thing youve done since you came to Nairaland, Now what makes you think anybody sensible would have your time look i have bigger fish to fry so dont even get me started, I really recommend an IQ test for people like you on Nairaland.com |

Getting sick of the NBA right now.Spurs has David Stern with them so they can ride.
It was frustrating my guy how did San Antonio pay those NBA guys, but you will have to admit that the Jazz didnt have to lose their cool, ohh if only the Mavs were still around they are the only team in the West that know how to play the Spurs come playoff time, |

Bereft of rationality, his MO on this thread is to reproduce articles from other links. This spares us the full force of his imbecility.Unfortunately, every now and then,we gain an insight into his challenged mind, like today. Believe it or not, behind that pathetic collection of pubescent rants, lies a grown adult who should be at least 30 years old .In an open forum like this,we have to deal with the full range of intellect that humanity has to offer.Once in a while you come across the resoundingly stupid ones .Well, you just came across one in Loyika. Back to topic : Arsenal are going to find it very hard just retaining their place in the top 4 in the coming season.Perhaps, that would expose the rot setting in at the club.Arsenal fans are still in denial mode.
Guy na you know o! loyika: @ Somze
Bro no where in my post did i call you any name, i only commented on your need to turn this thread into a "SHOW ME YOUR PICS" Forum, i believe you will not deny that, but since your only defence is to point out the fact that Muki and Nne were also involved!? Then i guess thats ok then. As for I-man (4play or whatever he chooses to call himself when ever he gets the urge!!) Believe me Somze, you are new here, or else you would have known that there is no love lost between i and my estranged son.
He can handle himself and gives as good as he gets (i wouldn't expect nothing less from my son , (even though he is trully a SCUMMY ) So no worries about him.)
As for SOFTWARE I have no comments, I have spoken my mind (and the mind of 90% of the members of this board, (even Chelskites) so i leave his issue to him and his psychiatrist
As for Muks and Nne, well i will leave that as an in-house matter (i never pointed to your conversation(s) with Debo, cause it didn't degenerate into the issues of pictures (if i am not mistaken!?) which was fine with me)
So Mr. Somze, i repeat, i wasn't calling you any names. Its just annoying that in 3 pages all i could gather was your analysis of pics with Chics which i pointed out
If you see that as an insult, well thats just too bad
@ Back to the topic
Gooners just found out from reading Arseblogger that this is 18th Anniversary of Mickey Thomas's goal against the POOL, that clinched G Graham's first league title as Arsenal's coach in 1989.
Well it was significant for me,as this was the first time i started my long quest as an Arsenal supporter. And it was fun for us back then that someone of Colour scored that goal and gave everyone (except the Pool fans) joy . Yes the Pool had Johnny Barnesy, but for most of us back then, Arsenal with Mickey and Rocky were the team (later with Wrighty and Kevin Campbell). Yes we all loved Incey (who ironically enough was also a Gunner) in the Scummy team, for his leadership qualities (He always refered to himself as the Guv'nor ) but back then there weren't really that many teams that had Black players. usually teams in London borough had a sprinkling of 1 or 2 a' la Chelsea, West Ham, Wimbeldon and Co. But Arsenal was one of the teams many Ethinic Minority folks took to (apart from the Paks and Asians that tended to support teams up north like the Scum and Liverpool). So for helping me cement my support as a Gooner!! Here's cheers to Mickey T (and the clip of the goal, which to be fair, was the major highlight of a game, that was in truth boring and drab)

bolaoni: Well, Spurs take game 1 over Jazz.
Are we experiecing a clean sweep?
Cavs vs Piston should be an interesting match up.
Let's see what LJ will be abl to do tonight then we will know the direction of this series. Hell no dont think Spurs can sweep that series Gm 1 was close, and Gm 2 would be closer, and the series would still go to Utah, although i think they have to pick a Gm or 2 on the road if they are gonna win that series |

@bolaoni Shaq in Dallas? im not sure thats gonna work the dude is old and he has 4 rings already hes lost the hunger and hes pretty injury prone, what we really need is a center and an experienced PG.could also use a swingman too.some folks also have to go |
Sports › Re: Is Anyone Watching The 2007 Nba Playoffs? by A40(op): 7:06pm On May 18, 2007 |
doyin13: The Bulls lost. What a shame. They really need some inside scoring presence and Ben Wallace definitely isn't it. Some say they should have got Gasol, but he is a defensive liability. I know Jermaine O Neal wants to go to New York but if Chicago could get him, they would be contenders straight away.
Utah for the Western Conf. I doubt it. Boozer has been the difference maker in their previous series so far but he doesn't match up well against either Tim Duncan or Stoudemire. who are both bigger guys. Their perimeter shooting has also been hot, but both the suns(a bit) and the spurs(even better) have got good perimeter defence. so i expect winner of spurs suns series to go through.
In the east, pistons all the way. last season pistons were able to beat the cavs, and the cavs have not improved since then. I would love the nets to be out there, but i have always felt that Kidd is the most overrated non scorer in NBA history. I agree with you i think the east is done and dusted, Detroit would take it Cavs and Nets are poor scorers,The Nets put in just 7 points in a quarter in Game 5, As for the West i disagree i think Utah would put up a fight and you would be suprised, Remember they have two big men who could really shoot the ball and they also have great hustle players, |

Too bad the Bulls couldnt complete their comeback, I hope the Suns can do something, But i think the NBA was unfair for banning Stoudemire and Diaw.Bruce Bowen should have also been banned aside Robert Horry.I hope they lose and this is why i wish Dallas was still around we would have kicked their butts for sure and they know it.But im going with Utah they will win the Western Conference |
