Liverpool are sitting pretty in second with little squad depth but a starting XI that can blow most teams in the league away.

The much hyped AMs Mazacar/Willian/KDB/Schurlle aren't any better than City's/Arsenal's AMs/SSs so what are we talking about here?

Even the defenders/goalie are mostly past their prime[Cashley/Cech/Terry] or were never that good to begin with [Luiz/Cahill].

We're Barca fans! We watched our team reach the greatest height of world football, possessing some of the greatest players ever to have played the game & playing at an extremely high level! We cannot allow the misfortunes of last season to make us forget what has been, what is and what will continue to be : we defined an epoch in history of football! I don't think that this is what can easily be dismissed in just mere comments claiming to be the 'reality'.

For me, i don't think we'll actually need the stars to align before we could beat this Bayern team. Sadly, i know alotta culés will yell for my head for saying this!

1. Chelsea have very good, very young inexperienced players in key positions - This is not true; Chelsea is blessed with top players for every position. The backline has played together for years. The midfield has Mata, Hazard, Oscar, Lampard, Ramires, Obi, Willian, Schurrle. The attack has Torres, Ba, Etoo. Which of them is young and inexperienced?

2. You say he doesn't have the best squad in the league. I disagreed with that. Chelsea squad is as good as Man city. Aguero is clearly better than all Chelsea strikers but Chelsea has a better midfield and defence. Cech is better than Hart. Mourinho has also won more titles than Pellegrini; so Chelsea should be the best team in the league. And Chelsea soesn't play Citeh every week.

nateevs: Talking about squad strength, City have the best squad. Arsenal have a very first 13 or there about. Chelsea have very good, very young inexperienced players in key positions. A situation Jose is not accustomed to managing. Usually, his teams are filled with top professionals in every spot.
