Starting XI

Neuer - Rafinha,Dante, van Buyten, Contento - Thiago, Götze, Lahm (K), Müller, Kroos - Mandzukic

Subs
Starke - Ribéry, Shaqiri, Pizarro, Kirchhoff, Alaba, Hojbjerg

Wow does Pep not want to give Kroos any sort of rest at all?

Donlittle: i don't think the Houston front office will let him go really, this just cause. Wish we had kept chandler.
Its in their best interest to let him go! The partnership with Dwight is doomed to fail and the guy simply doesn't want to play for the Rockets anymore as all his numbers are down

Chandler is too injury prone to demand the kind of $$ he was craving! As the Knicks have now found out. At some point you have to cut your losses

LaMarcus Aldridge quietly having an MVP caliber season. 25 phucking rebounds! Last season was all Lillard but its like the rest of the Blazers (Batum,Matthews,Aldridge) are picking up the slack. I still think their lack of D would hurt them in the long run but my goodness they are a joy to watch

I think it would be silly to write off Chelsea at this point of the season. Coming from a neutral the koko of the matter is when Mourinho starts complaining about his strikers and all you start to wonder if he still has it especially when he has done it with shittier strikeforce in the past! Even Trophyless Wenger is topping the table with Olivier goddamn Giroud so you have to wonder why he is not doing better with 3 established strikers with a track record of goalscoring. If Mourinho succeeds then he has proven himself once more if he fails no excuses

StarBoard: Mumu.
Last seasons final table says it all.
This season is already a stroll. Dortmund cannot muster a challenge.
Bayern are the first champs of 2013/14 in Europe to be crowned when the season isn't half-way through.
Or are you with your dyslexia going to debate that one, deranged parrot.
You are a poosie online and in real life no one has time for your v@gina monologues! A league with one winner in 5 of the last 7 years is competitive but the one with 4 different winners in the same timeframe isn't. You keep on retorting the tired old line of last season because your brain is so stuck on stewpeed you don't realize it was an outlier and a one-off occurence! Still at that this 2nd team was better than every other team in Europe

How would Dortmund not struggle to muster a challenge when their entire back four has been out for most of the season. Bayern are already crowned Champs? If I called you an !mbecile I would be insulting !mbeciles. How is a champ crowned with 22 games left and only 4pts ahead. You are a disgrace to your community

elampiro: There was a clear contact. It was the defender's leg to the striker's foot before the ball arrived. That wasn't a clean tackle at all.
Even Afrodoc has seen it and offered his opinion and he is not a Bundesliga fan! The only possible defence Payet could have is that he had just picked a yellow less than 2 mins ago. Stop arguing for the heck

GustavoFring: I strongly disagree.

Skillful players are not adequately protected by the referees.

I remember CR7 complained about this as well.

If you've played Sunday League or even a regular pick up game here in the UK, you'll know that the dribblers are targets for kicks and crunching tackles.

That's standard.

Skillful players have to earn a living using their legs and they need to protect their careers from the Lee Cattermoles and Ryan Shawcrosses of this world.....By any means possible.
Football is a man's game abeg no one needs to see that diving rubbish! Even the NBA have started punishing floppers. By the time the FA's start fining players half or a third of their wages this nonsense would reduce
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 12:23am On Dec 13, 2013
Donlittle: yes, he cost us that victory but dalembert missing that layup changed the tone. Dirk did everything he could, but it was like every body just have up. Marion needs to stop shooting that floater or whatever it is. Vince carter needs to go. He takes bad shot. Can pull up from anywhere with at least 20secs remaining on the clock. I hope Cuban does something and get Asik. Dalembert had 0 points in 24 mins and 4 rebounds. That's how bad this dude is, and he is getting paid 7 million
I wonder why Cuban is not dealing Dalembert for Asik! There is a limited window on Asik and its obvious he and Dwight can't stay on the court

Need to come off this slump ASAP. Being left behind quickly

elampiro: He was wrongly sent off. It should have been a penalty to Marseille and a yellow card to the defender.
It was not a PK maybe the card was harsh but the ref was only obeying the law to the letter but if you are still not satisfied you can always write to Platini!

elampiro: How can you compare that which happened very late to what happened to Marseille very early?

Marseille sent off early for what should have been a penalty and a yellow card to a Dortmund defender. Marseille should have been 2-1 up with 11 men.
Are you saying Payet was wrongly sent off? Controversial does not mean he didn't deserve the card bruh
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by A40(m): 3:02pm On Dec 12, 2013
elampiro: Napoli were mugu last night. They kept their rally too late. At one nil there was no urgency whatever until Dortmund got a goal at the other venue. But it's okay, I wanted the English team to go through. Dortmund were largely helped by the referee's mistake in the early minutes of the match.
Dortmund were denied a stone-wall penalty in that game. You don't have to come here and give people zobo

afrodoc: What people are saying DK and patiently trying to explain to you is that although Bayern Munich have a great team and Borussia Dortmund have a good team too the Bundesliga as a whole has been historically AVERAGE (check the post above this one) and at present it is still AVERAGE ( check 2 posts above).

Once again the criticism is not about Bayern or Dortmund but when one team is great and a second team is very good but the other SIXTEEN teams are rubbish one can come to no other conclusion but that the league is pretty FECAL to say the least.

I can't think of any EPL team that my dear Man Utd as presently constituted under Gollum "the clueless" could have walloped 5-0 in such a comprehensive manner, in their home ground to boot......and that team is second in your highly esteemed league?
A FECAL league with all teams advancing to the next stage! Its funny because if you had stated the league was rubbish 3-4 years ago you might have had a point but over the last 2 seasons or 3 it becomes laughable to deny the obvious improvement and quality which has also trickled down to the National team

We are saying that aside Bayern, there is no competition in your Bundesliga.
You bring in vacuous arguments about Europe.
Barca weren't even champions in Spain when you beat them, so what exactly is your point?
if as you claim, it extends over Europe, are you not agreeing that your league is whack?
How come you haven't been able to post huge aggregates over English sides? And can you explain why Dortmund is already far behind and we are already crowning Bayern champs I'm December?
Of course soup it takes an uncommon id!ot of your ilk to crown a team Champion by December when we are only 4pts ahead
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by A40(m): 12:59am On Dec 12, 2013
StarBoard: hapless argument.

or do you need your deranged parrot cohort A-40 for help?
No need for all this round-abouting.
Binsh are you ret@rded?? Why does this poosie keep asking stewpeed questions like this? Even if Bayern finished 25 points ahead of Dortmund they were still good enough to get to the Finals topping a group that had Spanish,English and Dutch Champions they knocked out Madrid again in the semis just to prove it was not a fluke if you were not dumber than newly formed plankton you would have realized that perhaps Bayern was above and beyond every other team in Europe which the trophy cabinet clearly suggests

The un-competitive league has sent 4 teams to the knockout round with two of them topping their group. If that doesn't make you the world's biggest ret@rd what will?

Well as we found out in last season's Eastern Finals the Heat still have no answer for Hibbert! If only he was not subbed in the dying minutes of Game 1. If you are tired of the Heat's dominance better support this Pacers team they are your only hope

birdman: When Lebron left for Miami, he created a big splash, and people started talking about other free agents like Howard and CP3 all day everyday. Guess what? Melo wanted some attention too, so much so that he wanted out of a formidable Denver team. He was the unquestioned franchise player, well paid, allowed to do whatever on the court with a formidable young team that was going to get better. It wasnt enough.

If you think this was a fluke, just this summer, Melo said he wanted to test free agency, just to see what it felt like. Despite being the franchise player of a storied franchise, a legit ECF contender (Chandler want injured yet this summer), money etc. ..He still couldnt resist polluting team chemistry again.

Both in Denver and now NYC, his teammates took notice. When your franchise player is thinking about checking out, even if its just a thought, its time to start looking out for your own career. That is what has happened to knicks. They have checked out mentally, like the Nuggets did. Which is why, like George Karl, a good coach like Woodson cant do jack. He cant accuse any knick player of not giving 100%. Its easy to slack off while looking like you are giving it your all.

Im a Melo fan, but its obvious he has some female type attention issues.
Loool I don't know why the Knicks have not traded Melo! Now I'm not going to blame Melo for anything unlike Amare,JR and some of the others he has actually busted his butt for this team the only issue is the Knicks are not winning jack with him its pretty simple Melo is not that MJ,Kobe,Lebron,Nowitzki kinda guy that can legit carry a team on his back

payless: I still believe the jury is out on Gaudiola. What has Martinez done to be on the bench in almost all the matches played this season. Martinez is the best midfielder at Bayern Munchen. I watched him excelled throughout last season playing with Kroos and Schweinsteiger in mid-field.
Naaah don't blame this on one player! Or tactics! These guys simply stopped playing after the 2nd goal. Remember it was still 2-1 after Martinez came on so its not a question of tactics I simply feel complacency crept in and everyone sleep-walked through to the final whistle. We were due a loss anyway but it was just an annoying type of loss

Javi is battling match fitness issues by the way. He's struggled in the few games he played including last night's I'm sure Pep would deploy him more often there when he rounds into shape
