elampiro: Who is talking about 50 years from now? We are talking about class or brand. Man United will remain a stronger brand over Bayern Munich. And EPL is a much renowned league than Bundesliga. After Bayern, which other Bundesliga league make wave in Europe consistently? The last ten years you have Man U, Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal always competing highly for the trophy. Anyway who watches Bundesliga. If not for German good economy nown your uninteresting classless league would die.
Da phuck is class or brand? The only class and brand I recognize is trophies! Show us your UCL's FA Cups and League Titles
Bayern have more UCL's than Man U,Chelsea and Arsenal put together! So much for competition! Who cares about being renowned? Bayern have had more legends, more trophies, greater managers! Utd is Bayern's son! We no be mate rara

Saluda Campeones!

elampiro: You are you well? Don't insult me please.

We are talking about being classy. What social class football has brought to players and team. What is the brand in the eyes of the public? How much value has your football placed over you?
When you claim what I say is nonsense you have insulted me already! So you started it bro

And I'm talking about class on the football pitch! 50 years from now no one would remember who was the sexiest player on E!,who sold the most jerseys and who had the most sponsors! What people would judge your "class" by is the number of hardware in your museum! That is why Beckham would never be higher than Ronaldinho or Zidane no matter how much money he makes or how many jerseys he sells

AjanleKoko: Let's face it, Villa is past it, and is not really relevant to our interests any more. Better he goes somewhere, where he can get more playing time, as well as a central role. He's not really doing it for us the way he should.

Congrats to the cules on Neymar's acquisition. Let's all wish him well and hope he rises to the occasion wink
The odds don't favor him much, everybody seems to think he's another Robinho in the making.
I won't dwell too much on that though, but would rather see the other new signings first - goalkeeper, central defender(s), new striker, and (hopefully) a competent fitness trainer. Neymar won't play in defence, midfield, and attack all by himself. In fact , I fancy he will struggle at the start. But let's still see how he does.
New Striker?? Villa.Messi,Neymar,Pedro,Sanchez where the new striker wan play?
You actually expect the Gizz to win this series or put up a better fight? Not when the Spurs saw their mistakes from last season and raised not to allow it happen. I on't be surprised if the Gizz are swept sef.

And who would belief Duncan is that old and going through that much in his marital life? That's what a leader is made of
Lool check my predictions! I expected a Spurs win I didn't expect a potential sweep that's what I'm saying! The Grizz have two offensive liabilities already and poor play from Z-Bo and Conley have dug them in a hole too deep to come out of

I suspect Tim Duncan is a coded badoo he musta had a side chick or sumn grin grin
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by A40(m): 11:20am On May 27, 2013
elampiro: Class we are arguing. I am not arguing anything else with you for now. The club with the higher class is definitely more loved. Simple. Without class you can't brand and make sales ahead of the rest. So you use of class is nonsense, you should have chosen another word.

Ronaldo is more classing than Messi. Ask women and media houses. If they were to end their careers today, Ronaldo will be raking in more money from various sources, just as Beckham. Ronaldo is only the second footballer to be voted as world sexiest man by E- TV. Beckam was the first and Ronaldo twice. John Cena has been there too.
Do you work for E! Or sumn? We dey talk of football you dey talk of sexiness? You well so?
We are talking about pedigree and footballing achievements you dey ask me make I ask women and media houses? You think footballers give a damn about that?

AjanleKoko: Congrats to the Rekord Meisters.
Especially to Robben. I beef am seriously last year as he was personally responsible for giving Chelsea mouth in Europe angry
But he has redeemed himself now, so all is forgiven grin
That last season still dey pain me I no go lie but looking back now to say we no lose the hunger no go dey dis year! Robben pissed us off plenty but if no be for am we no for win on Saturday! He also knocked this same Dortmund out of the Pokal! He has earned his forgiveness
Sports › Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 1:53am On May 27, 2013
The Grizz are one game away from being swept! That's suprising though I did expect them to lose simply because San Antone had more firepower! There really isn't much difference defensively Memphis is only marginally better but Conley and Z-Bo have been awful all series long! Its easy to double-team Z-Bo when you have two offensive bums in the perimeter
Tim Duncan has been balling like crazy! You wouldn't know he was in the middle of a divorce
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by A40(m): 11:45pm On May 26, 2013
elampiro: I have told you that Forbes rates United as world most valued sports club (debt net off), and also most loved. It's the strongest brand in sports. Like an ambassador for sports.

Mr Charisma.
Man take a seat with this your Forbes nonsense! The New York Knicks are the most valuable franchise in basketball but only a mad man would compare them to the Celtics and the Lakers

elampiro: Zidane and Ronaldino are unknown outside football and will probably go broke soon, but Beckham's income lives forever from various sources. That's branding.
Smh! I don't even know what to say about this! I'm guessing you are their accountant or sumn

montelik: Not true unless you are counting certain trophies and neglecting others.
Trophies that matter! I'm not talking about Principal's cup,Shell Cup,WAFU Cup and all that

23 League Titles
5 Champions League
2 Intercontinental Cups
1 Cup Winners Cup
1 UEFA Cup
15 FA cups

elampiro: You are the one who is uninformed. Trophies don't make you into a class. United is a better brand than Bayern any day.
What makes you class? Finest stadium? Highest selling jerseys?

United and Bayern are not mates by the any stretch of the imagination when it comes to the metrics that actually matter! We have more trophies, bigger players, bigger managers if this where the army Bayern are Major Generals and Man United are Colonels

elampiro: #1 Manchester United - Forbes.com

Value: $2.23 billion
Owner: Glazer family

The Red Devils are the world's most valuable sports team and have a long tradition of great play on the pitch. Manchester United has captured a record 19 English Premiership titles and claims to have 659 million fans worldwide. Next up for the Red Devils: an IPO on the New York Stock Exchange to reduce debt from Malcolm Glazer's purchase of the club in 2005.

You can go to the link and check for the most valued 50 sports club.

Talking facts.

I am reacting to your statement that going from Bayern to United is taking a step down in class. Define class! How many people follow Bayern? When you talk class, talk about Man U, Madrid and Barca. That's all. Following any other is a whole bunch of headache.
What percentage of that 2 billion is debt free? Followership na him you dey take judge hehe dis one don miss road! The Knicks are more valuable than the Celtics that makes them better right?

elampiro: Put Ronaldo where you have Beckham and give me the result. Ronaldo is the most followed footballer in the world, and the richest too.
Look at this jokester! Can you compare Ronaldo's achievements to Beckham? Even at that you dare not mention Ronaldo in the same breathe with Zidane. We are talking of a player's ability and you are talking about followership and wealth! I'm sure to you Drake is better than Nas

Deiok: if ure a bayern fan what then are you doing here, or you cant read.
Lool @ this JJC! Come chase me comot nau!
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by A40(m): 7:26pm On May 26, 2013
Deiok: yes it definately make him better, he is more recognized than ronaldinho and zidane. Which make him more like the face of football. Achievement is important, fame also is important.
I see you going for style over substance! That a player is more recognizable doesn't make them better. Ronaldinho,Zidane would always be remembered as better than Beckham no matter how recognizable or famous he is
Same way Bayern would always be bigger than Man Utd because of our superior achievements on the pitch no matter how valuable or popular Man U is! This isn't a popularity contest last time I checked
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by A40(m): 6:28pm On May 26, 2013
Wow seems Neymar wanted to join Barca really bad. Turned down almost 3million euros more at Madrid to sign for Barca! You gotta wonder what happens to Villa and Sanchez
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by A40(m): 6:22pm On May 26, 2013
elampiro: United is a bigger club than Bayern, incase you don't know. United is the most valued and followed sports club in the world.
Most valued and most followed! Bwahahahaha I'm sure Beckham is more valued and followed than Ronaldinho and Zidane that must make him better! Hahahaha
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Official Manchester United Fan Thread:''20 Times EPL Champion by A40(m): 5:56pm On May 26, 2013
elampiro: There was this midfielder yesterday, I think Martinez. He is a perfect rugged guy United should lure. Unfortunately it seems it's only Fellani we can get.
Sure you can lure him! With 65-70 million pounds! Plus going from Bayern to Man U would be a step down in class
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Offical Bayern Munich Fan Thread: 6x Champions Of Europe by A40(m): 5:10pm On May 26, 2013

I'd advice Pep to get a copy of the disease of more by Coach Pat Riley! For each player by the time pre-season kicks off!

There is a lot Pep can still do he was brought to help us to try and build a dynasty. So if he can win us at least another UCL title he has succeeded already! The hunger for success must be maintained and I'm sure it will because a different manager is coming in and the core of this team is still pretty young! We've been fortunate with injuries this term but with the squad depth we really don't need more than a couple of additions as we do have Gotze already

@toba
Ribery should get a lot of rest next season! I hope Pep unleashes the Shaq Attack! Shaqiri looks ready already

Ibime: Wassup ma ninjas!!!

Una deserve this one die!

The best counterattacking team in Europe, the most physically dominant team in Europe and now boasting the best central midfield in Europe since the decline of Xavi. Schweinsteiger has always been my 2nd favourite player behind Xavi, but now he's no1.

Please let's take this celebration to Arsenal thread. 40boi has been rewarded instantly for supporting a winning team, meanwhile all those magans on Arsenal thread who've been arguing with Dayo for years should know now that khaki no be leather.

It is natural justice for una to win in our hometown after we cheekily robbed you in your hometown last year!

Bayern is one of the greatest by far! Congrats!!!
