since the person that will sponsor the event said he is not ok with the date its beta u choose another date and calmly explain to ur In laws
but if u have the finance to sponsor the wedding u can stick to ur chosen date.

My dear love is not enough for u to go into this because wen SS kids start their crisis that love that u re saying will vamoss. Show ur woman love by agreeing to let her go and God will give u ur own spouse.
Its not easy taking care of a SS child is not just about money but it affects ur emotions, ur schedule, ur job and u will become a regular customer at the hospital.
My dear, u don't even want to experience it cos u'll end up wishing u didn't take the wrong decision.

I have PCOS but the diet thing is hard especially when ur spouse loves his CARBS plus most of our food in Naija is CARBS. So I try to just supplement with fruits and beans. Its not easy Biko! Guess I'll add u on bbm, my user name is tee jolly so u can add me to ur bbm PCOS group.
I tried couscous last night n sauce, still trying to Ơ̴̴̴̴͡.̮Ơ̴̴̴͡ if I will like that food.

I believe u can drink but u should not over indulge sha. As for weight lifting, I doubt that cos it might not be healthy for ur bones. Which muscle do u want to train.abeg focus more on ur health.

Since u re always hungry try to eat small meals at reasonable intervals. But seriously did u involve ur Doctor or even a nutritionist b4 u started ur CRASH diet.

I also have PCOS and I just finished taking PRIMOLUT yesterday so am waiting for AF so that I can do all my test.
Has anyone here done TVS? Was it painful and how much does it cost?
Most importantly what kind of food can someone with PCOS eat since I am supposed to reduce weight and most of our food are Carbs.

Not sure there is a remedy for it in naija b4 they start telling u its spiritual but seek medical advise first.

Even if u truly do kangaroo weDding she has to travel first, get her documents then file for u. That will take bout 2-3 yrs because ur name was not on the initial visa lottery form that the lady filled.
So think very well because it won't be worth it
