You really had to listen to Nnamdi to understand how paramount this topic is; bigger than comforts of both tired Pro-black fiery and tribal chants to defeated Gods. I miss none.

Nnamdi is also no Mandela, hes far from trying to plead, unite, and then build with his invaders.

Nnamdi is the Truth.

Lincoln university is in the US, Pennsylvania.

This. And the oldest of the Historical Black colleges that are absolutely useless today.

Not sure and don't care what this young man's tribal affiliation is, but i pray that this bright young man is able to help solve real world problems. Like all Nigerians studying abroad, if they chose to return, i hope that they can collectively come together and undue some the ongoing problems with other Nigerians and Biafrans.

All Africans i had the pleasure of studying with during my time in the uni were extremely brilliant but yet very soulful and humble, that last part means a lot. What's interesting is that i didn't bother back then to namecheck what tribe they came from... that's until i came to NL and i saw everyone else also namechecking grin so one day i decided to namecheck all my old Nigerian friends and i discovered they were all Yorubas coolTemitope's and Oluwatosin's... and many others, and another from Kenya. Although i personally hate any form of abetting Nigeria's brain-drain but if it may be to escape the crippling affects of shoddy politics, I'd love to meet more talented Nigerians like the ones I've met. Keep grinding Nigerians and Biafrans cool I'll make the best of your company if you're ever here.

Nnamdi once stated that African Americans never collectively fought to return to Africa, but instead fought to stay on land that will always see blacks as second class citizens, fighting for so-called "equality", "integration", and "civil rights", and even today so happy to be the first black reincarnate of white creations. They're still slaves, "zoo-America" "zoo-Caribbeans", "mainland zoo" it doesnt matter, all slaves see it no other way. Just about every Black has this type of bvllshit in them, they are complacent with their defeat and many have now inscribed complacency into their culture.

Harriet Tubman was met with much resistance from slaves she attempted to free, risked not only her life but the lives of runaway slaves trying to convince chest-thumping slaves to turn from suffrage when in reality the only world that slaves know is bondage is suffrage, they couldnt possibly see any other world outside of slavery, leaning on some faint light of perks, security, and hope. Slaves will instead fight to protect their current servitude and their slavemaster, Nnamdi would call them zookeepers. IPOB has to keep pressing on, slaves will only hinder progress, as seen everywhere blacks are the majority. IPOB has already recognized this pathetic position to be in so trust that Nnamdi knows what he's doing.

"have you ever met someone for the first time and you immediately don't like them?"

I saw a quote like this from someone many years ago. However today I still hear stories of people who feel this way towards strangers and/or situations.

Someone told me that they believe that this strong emotional response could be from previous spiritual/physical conflict from a previous life. Another person suggest it may be one's own insecurities.

Currently I'm working on a project with people i never knew and the project's manager decided that we should all have regular outside of work "bonding sessions" which I thought was childish. "bro, i like everyone until they give me a reason not to like them... it doesnt have to be forced." I guess their are scarred ppl who need to "warm up" to strangers.

Thoughts?

Mehn what this modern browsers are providing is scary. These guys are turning browser into IDE, complex Interpreters and a Platform (for developing and deploying apps).

Anytime i peep at developer tools and API's provided by vendors, goose-pimple just overshadow me. Google and Mozilla have made sure IE died a natural death but Microsoft aint giving up.

In today's world, WEB is a platform like Windows, Linux, Android and Mac with an ever expanding features that will take an average developer years to learn and use them.

You can use your browser to do this. All browsers have a web console you can use to make GET http request to either local or remote server, configure http headers to be sent with the request and read the response right in the console.

On latest firefox, open options, click developer and select web console to open the console OR press Ctrl+Shift+K (shortcut).

NB: Almost all latest major browsers like chrome, opera, safari and even internet explorer plus Edge have consoles but firefox is the easiest to use as they have complex interface. Moreover, it will take you time to get used to the functionalities they offer as it varies among vendors.

There are a lot of tutorials on the web on how to use developer tools provided by the vendors. Happy searching and playing.

thanks, I am gonna try this out..

Download and try out the new Firefox Developer browser; multi-browser debugging (Valance) and more for web Development: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/developer/

Yea, it is another browser to download (not on top of a current Firefox installation) and FFD also tracks, but I like it.

Art, Graphics & Video / Appreciating The Art Of Fonts by AAinEqGuinea: 10:30pm On Apr 08, 2017
Creating fonts is an arduous but appreciated science.

Where are the fools that said you dont need an Art degree in the 21st century? Please admit them into the nearest psych ward.

Consider how much detail Apple Computer puts into all its devices and marketing? I'd imagine that the same granularity is applied to creating and/or selecting typography for your next project.

What is your font psychology? What compels you to select the right font for the right job; web design, graphics, programming, photography, videography?

What should be Nigeria's/Buhari's font? If you could pick a font that best describes you, what would it be?
Obama chose Gotham.

'Century' is a typeface. The fonts above are all members of the 'Century' family. Their height is measured in points - the standard unit for printed text. There are about 72 points to one inch.

Making your own font isn’t a waste of time or just for the love of art, sometimes it’s necessary. The huge ocean of fonts doesn’t consist only of impressive works, there are also tons of amateurish fonts and it’s time consuming to select what really work for your project. Besides that, wouldn’t it be an honor to create your own font naming it after you or your girlfriend?

Making a font isn’t an easy task and designing a professional one is tenfold times more difficult. First of all, once you clearly establish that you should create a font it’s highly recommended to be aware that it can’t be realized in few hours, but many hours of work and great attention to small details are needed. Somehow, the process of making a font is mostly the art of fine-tuning. Secondly, if you really want to obtain a good result it is mandatory to have a solid background in the field; there are rules to respect, but before respecting them, you should know them. Fortunately, the font lovers created amazing blogs where every hidden aspect of this art/science (by the way, which is your opinion about typography, is it art or science?) is well explained and if you are unsure about something that started with Century.
Politics / Re: Why the white Missionaries described Igbos As superior Negros by AAinEqGuinea: 2:31pm On Apr 08, 2017
Great discussion.

Flattery remains one of the greatest attacks on the black race. Self-absorbance not only distracts but also leaves you blinded to your own self-destruction. Europeans ultimately wanted slaves and resources from your lands and flattery is an effective means to an everlasting end. They used us to screw us, in addition to most if not all of Africa, as seen in the past with the abetting of slavery, aided by intra and inter tribal rivalry, fueling our small sense of elitism with more of their flattery. The practice of flattery remains crippling to the simple black race. You claim to be so cultured yet so unashamed to engage in chest-beating matches in whites' meritocracies, our infallible guide to a new white-washed life, acquiescing only to whites depiction of what our ancestors were.

Great topic.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Why Didn't Hitler Exterminate Africans From German Colonies ? by AAinEqGuinea: 6:23pm On Mar 04, 2017
Thinking more in terms of Hitler's expansion into sub-sahara Africa... I think fate simply had it that Hitler was preoccupied with Allied powers and retaining control of conquered European territories.. but had those battles (including against the US) had been in Fuhrer's favor he would have continued for Africa with little to no resistance.

He was on his way.

12inches1:

How am I supposed to follow a book that begins (in the first book of Genesis) with vilifying my race? Let's even forget the Yahoo boy pastors in Nigeria for a minute. The bible starts by painting black people as evil and cursed. And the Jews as the chosen people. No doubt that the bible was written for them. I wonder why a religion that started in the middle east and later spread to Europe with a Caucasian branded Jesus Christ (despite we knowing Jesus could never have been Caucasian) is well received by blacks that it was used in the past to enslave.

I understand that the Bible was/is yet another tool to ultimately enslave Africans... but many African religions did the same if not worse as customs, and many Blacks are just as tribal today as they were in the past. If anything, whites took pages of evil from prehistoric Africa, but they didnt take it as far as one of the biggest meccas of Evil which was Africa (not all, but many parts). Africans abetting Europeans for slavery was just the beginning.
Many of us want to suspend belief that the same Europeans later had an unquenchable appetite to colonize and "civilize" the entire continent full of disjointed African savages. To Europeans, African customs were barbaric, a past in which Europeans love to forget existed for them as well. Many of use dont care to look back either or acknowledge the rich history with its cannibalism, inbreeding, selective or forced marriages for the same reason, shame. Most blacks everywhere have fully embraced Europeans/West ways of this world and arent looking back. At the very least, having whites as a common enemy has helped African relations which is even more interesting to me. It wasnt the conscience of a unified Black/African race who put a stop to slavery, it was ultimately whites' decision which luckily for us left many Africans behind, otherwise many Africans would undoubtedly still be helping to sell each other, as they still are but on smaller, but equally inhumane, scale today. African slaves in the "new world" would report to their slavemasters any plots of revolt or escape. Nnamdi Kanu and his people tried escaping his Zoo and look what happened to him--captured by Blacks who promise to keep Foreman Buhari's plantation intact.

Since then, whites have moved on and now exert more their dominance, Blacks on the other hand, doesnt matter where they live are just as backwards as they always have been. Many of us cant break the curse even if we tried to throw the Gods of the yesteryears at it.

HERE BE CANNIBALS - CANNIBALISM IN THE AFRICAN CONGO

The black race, the descendant of Ham was cursed by Noah but thank God we now have a solution in the person of Jesus Christ

I used to laugh the loudest at this theory. Not anymore. There may be deeper truth rooted there. I subscribe to the "Out of Africa" theory of the origins of human -- basically all human stem from somewhere in Africa, perhaps Ethiopia.

Great things happened in historic Africa, but the place also had to be the root of all Evil. I know that Evil has gone nowhere. I'll take Africa's good over the primal any day, but Africa's evil was and still is very real. Transatlantic slavery pales in comparison to the evil beginning with the black race, and evils that still exists.

In some way [black] people will likely remain paying the price as a result of smothering themselves in the same prehistoric Evil, all in the name of "culture".

South Africa is still in the apartheid times, just that there is a shift in modus operandi- this time it's black against black!! The whites must be asking questions- Is the black man so foolish?

Blacks in SA fighting for the crumbs from white SAs. It's sad to watch all sides of this dilemma.

African immigrants are notorious for talking sh*t on other ppl's land just to, again, participate in white economics. So i know SAs arent going crazy for no apparent reason and i know that their violence isnt directed to fellow blacks, the guy in the video loves Ugandans. cool

Somalians can be the worse, those straight-haired n!ggas drunk off Islam, now thinking theyre Africa's ultimate badass, as if it takes any skill to kill the innocent and unarmed. Or other Black African migrants who cant stop kissing his own āss with endless "Me works d hardest of d Blacks" bvllshit in which I'd proudly welcome Mr Eager Beaver to this white plantation. Our defeated black Gods must be rejoicing at how pathetic most of us have become, or has your God been joined by the great white enabler your ancestors never knew.

"Ghana Must Go" was once the outcry from Nigerians, so Nigerians can express some empathy to what SAs are going through.

At this point in my life, the only request i beg for from anything Black is Nnamdi Kanu back.

Trying to know as much as you can wouldn't hurt, but in a professional working environment, different people handle different areas, analysis, design, coding, debugging and stuff like that.
Take for instance a game company (cd projekt red.
They need the following people:
>>>Animator >>>Composer
>>>Art Tools Programmer >>>Concept Artist
>>>Audio Director >>>Cultural Consultant
>>>Audio Programmer >>>Design Director
>>>Audio Tools Programmer >>>Environment Artist
>>>Build Engineer >>>Gameplay Designer
>>>Business Development Manager
>>>Gameplay Programmer
>>>Character Artist >>>GFX/Shader Programmer
>>>Cinematic Designer >>>Graphics Programmer
>>>Comic Illustrator >>>Illustrator
>>>Junior Engine Programmer>>>Lead Gameplay Designer
>>>Lead Producer >>>Lead Vehicle Artist
>>>Level Designer >>>Lighting Artist
>>>Localization Programmer >>>Mocap Specialist
>>>Senior Weapons Artist >>>Motion Designer
>>>Network Programmer >>>Open World Designer
>>>Pipeline Programmer >>>Producer
>>>Product Manager >>>Project Manager
>>>Quest Designer >>>Physics Programmer
>>>Senior Software Engineer – SDK (C++)
>>> Senior Unity Developer >>>Sound Designer
>>>Technical Artist >>>UI/UX Artist
>>>UI Designer >>>UI Programmer
>>>Vfx Artist
Do i need to say more, why would i be good at programming still be trying to learn graphics and using engines. As seen above Ui artist/designer/programmer are even all different. Not to talk of Gameplay Designer/programmer. Design is highly
Differentiated from programming. That's why i laugh when i see people who are good in programming struggling with things like graphics and ui. Well knowledge isn't bad, but when working in a large environment, there would be specialization

Nice.

Politics / Xenophobia's Inconvenient Truth by AAinEqGuinea: 7:56am On Feb 25, 2017
the topic will offer more questions that answers...

more than a million Ghanaians were working (il) legally in Nigeria as the country had enjoyed oil boom. However there were complaints that the Ghanaians had taken over the labour work force in the country and Nigerians were forced to compete with them in the labour market. The collapse of the oil boom forced the country into economic hardship. Someone had to be blamed and the foreigners were the scapegoat.

https://www.naij.com/873697-retro-series-see-happened-nigeria-deported-1-million-ghanaians-photosvideo.html

A more modern rendition is at play in America with President Trump's proposal to legislate series of unprecedented symbols of xenophobia by attempting to ban all Muslims, erecting a wall only on its southern border with Mexico, and cracking down on immigrants who've potentially overstayed their H1-Bs. Should we forget xenophobic and potentially racist undertones which may have been the deciding factor for Brexit's closely contested secession from the EU and the surge of anti-immigrant supporters and their political leaders in the West?

I also hear it all the time from fellow African Americans ,"do you really want Africans coming here [to America] stealing your opportunities?", to Africans'/Carribeaners, "you're jealous that we're stealing your jobs". I really have the utmost pity for all sides of this conversation bcuz here lies a bigger issue we love ignoring: we've accepted defeat, now fighting each other for crumbs.

To South Africans, with their latest string of xenophobic attacks, and African Americans, I ask "is an economic world you didn't create really worth fighting for?" and to other Africans who, with no shame, run abroad, "is it really worth running to, in many cases risking death or using deceit to make the journey"?

The struggle is indeed real for all inferior fvcks willing to play along while beating their chests as some earner, ya know, a big fish in a small pond, modern slaves willing to kill themselves to earn their place on a porch, or as Shymexx once brilliantly stated, "love being a spoke on someone else's wheel".

History would suggest that you all would behave in a similar manner as xenophobic SAs. Another moment in modern history where I both cry and laugh.
