Politics / Re: Court Declines To Release Nnamdi Kanu, Others On Bail by AAinEqGuinea: 2:11pm On Dec 01, 2016
Tripleoluwa:
I don't have anything against granting Biafra
independence, but current events in the world today
suggest that no nation wants to break or lose an inch of it's territory to the whims of secessionists. Example, India is seriously shooting pellets into the eyes of secessionists in the valley town of Kasmir, thereby blinding hundreds of protesters seeking for
independence, Israel won't recognise Palestine as a
sovereign state, the Senkaku Islands conflict between
China, Taiwan and Japan, Russia annexed Crimea from
Ukraine in 2014, the falklands Islands war between
England and Argentina, Spain and Catalona, even the
almighty US is holding down Puerto Rico from self-rule; and Puerto Rico's freedom fighter, Oscar Lopez Rivera, is still in the US federal prison for the past 35yrs. Its just recently that people are lobbying Obama to pardon him before he leaves office for Trump. I can go on and on ad infinitum..

So in conclusion, not allowing Biafra independence is not peculiar to Nigeria alone but a global practice.

From what I understand, Biafrans wont be invading and annexing anyone's land but their own. They would only walk away with what is theirs.

We live in an advanced world so we hope that many have learned from mistakes of the past. Bloodshed was a byproduct of many secessionist efforts of the past, but Brexit (and others) have shown that it can be done cordially and democratically. Because Africans regard culture and identity as a hallmark of who they are, I'd imagine that other ethnicities of Nigeria would rather see Biafrans go free instead of hanging the Biafran War over their heads as a morbid reminder not to secede from unabated chaos.

this is bvllsht.

Above all, this is fear. Fear of the Igbo giant chasing them, as Nnamdi once spoke as a free man.

Terrorism? Now thats a popular word haphazardly used these days. Buhari was in the US to procure weapons which would ultimately be used to kill people who are only guilty of siphoning oil to feed themselves as a direct result of a dire economy and poor leadership. Here are examples of Buhari's latest tyranny and terrorism:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HAIk798BYFo

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVi8Ph6m0nc

Was there a formal declaration of war against the accused and now deceased individuals? Where was their rights to a trial before the army killed them? As expected, Buhari jumped immediately to tyranny to keep control, which is aligned to his tyrannical proposal to ban alcohol 6 months into his presidency and much in-between.

With all these claims of being a democracy, the Defendants are barred from addressing and scrutinizing their accusers, including witnesses. When the case is strong against this administration, as Nnamdi predicted, they'll re-entrench back into behaving like animals as seen in the videos above, Buhari's latest show of barbarism.

Buhari... lol... claiming that Nnamdi's a terrorist and is treasonous. The nerves of that guy and his crooked kangaroo courts.

I fully respect Kenya's current president for putting Obama in his place. Many ppl may see Kenyatta's rhetoric as defiant, but indirectly Kenyatta stood strong for Black Africa.

Religion / Re: The Ancestral Curses by AAinEqGuinea: 1:39am On Nov 21, 2016
Can't say I believe in ancestral curses, but maybe I should.

One thing that baffles me to this day is how someone doesn't like a person they've never met before. I had someone ask me if I ever met someone who I didn't know but I just didn't like them upon first meeting them. Why would I dislike someone I never met before? But ppl are like this. They're troubled in some way.

There is definitely misaligned spirituality within a lot of people, which could be generational

same bro, am just frustrated, they won't understand

we love and respect our parents, but sometimes you have to let go.

I meet people/parents like this all time; making judgements of people based on appearance. It's even worse for people who think they have some third spiritual eye into the world. They justify how they feel about a person based solely on what their spirit tells them which has to be one of the dumbest things I heard, a life proposition that many people still subscribe to without assessing their own (insecure) spirit first. Like this guy's parents and anyone like them. Do you think his parents are asking themselves whether they're good parents or not? They'd probably rather not while having the expectation of their own life with their children. Their child was already molested, I guess they blame him for that instead of themselves. Elders dont control anything about this world, but they expect youth to simply play along.

Perfecter4real:
All those stuffs are happening because you're still at home, I can relate with that those two years I spent at home awaiting admission 2012 to 2014 got admission into the university in 2014. so dude just study hard this time around for Jamb pass well go to school and give your parents a break after spending like 5months in school they will so miss you and the bad blood that seem to exist between you will be over. And in regards to the choice of school you know schools In the west are highly competitive especially U.I why not try schools in the north I recommend University of Jos and Amadu bello university Zaria that way you can be far from home But University of Jos is a better option in case you decide to hid to my advice stay strong bro and always have it in mind your parents love you very much in their own way I mean why wont they you're their only son you know what that mean now to a Nigerian family though they have a funny way of expressing the love and please suicide is not an option...u can drop your contact if u need more advice.

Follow this advice OP. Get out their house as soon as possible but stay productive. Make yourself proud even if no one else is.

Still love your parents at the end of the day.

OP you sound like a genuine person, but in the end you have to live your life regardless, knowing that no one is perfect.

Look at Obama. Despite all his former and modern accomplishments, his half-brother still hates him. No man is in a position to judge you. We live among child rapists, rapists, thieves, adulterers, liars, cronies, murderers, and above all, those suffering from inescapable inferior complexes. Everyone criticizes Buhari but he is another example how you or anyone can be anything you'd like.

We all want to make our parents proud but you have to wonder what world have they shaped to help you thrive. You mentioned that you were abused at a young age which ultimately happened on their watch. Are parents doing their all to hold your government accountable or are they just passively blowing along with the wind of shoddy efforts? This is the society they'll pass on.

I see this all time OP; Blame the Youth when then it's the leadership that really should be blamed. Parents and Leaders: "Here's a shitty world that I couldnt fix, so I'll sit back and blame youth for being the victim of it"

You cant, and it'd be foolish, to isolate oneself from the world. But you're right in the sense that no man should ever neglect his home while obsessing over others. I could be wrong, but based solely on what I've seen I think most Nigerians handle the balance.

I'm not Nigerian but I enjoy and welcome their foreign insights. Nigeria has to be a world player, but first they must deal with a Buhari et al problem. Who am I telling, you know this. I love Nigeria for not being a blacked-out country in terms of advanced technology that connects it to the world. Glad to have Nigeria apart of the globalist movement cool

To be reminded, the US and its citizens played a huge role in disseminating disinformation to Britain and the world to ultimately influence and swing the outcome of Brexit. I'm still laughing at Britain on how they were played by radicalized memes. But what wasnt funny was that such memes showed some practicality when warning Britain/EU about radicalized Islam. Not all are bad, but it only takes a few. Trump is a (Russian) meme too, so the laugh is on us now.

No , there is nepotism and clientelism in the USA. just like in any other country. But when a white man does it, it is normal.

J. Kennedy' s brother was attorney General when Kennedy was president.

Eisenhower named Camp David after his son.

CHELSEA CLINTON lives in a $ 10 million
apartment in New York.

Jimmy Carter's brother had access to big businesses under Carter's presidency .

Jeff Bush rigged the elections in Palm Beach Florida to help his brother in year 2000 presidential race.

But we shouldn' t blame Obama for keeping his family out of the spotliight because jealous republicans were waiting for a slight mistake on his part to rush to impeach him.

There was never an opportune or safe moment for Obama. He should've known this before taking office. Republicans were sharking for Obama's head regardless of what he did or didn't do. Nobody would've cared more if Obama looked out for his Kenyan family. What else did he have to lose, his most adamant haters were already making fun of his African heritage anyways.

It wasn't only Obama's brother either, you had Black and Democrat Jesse Jackson Sr. on camera first praising Obama, but when he believes the camera is off he proceeds to say that he'd cut Obama's nuts off" shocked shocked there's no amount of hate that will ever get me to say that to someone unless they've done something grimly and inhumane. Jesse Jackson said this before Obama was elected, and i believe his brother's hatred is far more rooted.

Something's up. Unless the government lies about everything else except Obama or Hillary.
