Another one is Etiti State that would have a part carved out from every part of the existing 5 Southeastern States with Capital in Okigwe. With that said, the Anioma people of Delta North are Igbos and have never denied that since the time of the Civil War till this day.

The Anioma people - Ukwuani, Ika, etc - have no affinity with Bini. Not in culture, not in language, not in food, not in anything. The former governor of Delta State and PDP Vice Presidential candidate in the 2023 general elections, Ifeanyi Okowa attested to this on a national television.
