Hello bro, I am going for my preliminary interview next week at campus france Lagos but am yet to get accommodation certificate. Should I cancel the appointment?
Try studapart.com
You have to pay for the studapart certificate which serves for the guarantor.
When you do, let me know how it goes.

Have you done the second interview with campus France?
I have not done any interviews.
I wanted to know how many interviews we have to do.
Whether one or two.

Please after the preconsular interview, do we have to undergo another interview?

Also what is the use of the preconsular interview if we will still submit application at vfs?
I saw that we have to book appointment before submitting the application to the visa center.

Does that mean that we will have another interview with the visa center.

Big mistake
Can't I use studapart.com? I am seeing accommodation on studapart.com. And they give certificate/guarantor too for people who rent through their platform.

I don't have experience in this.
Does studapart.com work? My school recommended that I use it.

chill the agreement is not equivalent to you paying while in Nigeria.. agree and get the accomodation certificate, when you reach, you will get acomodation cheaper via leboncoin.fr
This is the email. I don't even have the money to pay as of mid July.
So I have rejected the offer and will probably have to use studapart.

flyway:
Did you apply for CROUS?
The school says I have to agree to pay by middle of July for accommodation starting from first September 2020 even if I am unable to enter France by then.

How can I agree to pay rent for accommodation when you are not even sure that the pandemic will allow you to go.
And the rent is not even cheap - 400 Euros, per month.

I need to rent private accommodation.
TravelRe: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by ABBAChuks: 3:54pm On Jul 11, 2020
This accommodation issue is really tough oo.
Why is French student visa application so complicated compared to that of Germany?
TravelRe: Securing Visa To France, Applying From Nigeria... by ABBAChuks:
flyway:
This is probably the hardest part of the VISA process. There are a few options though:

1. CROUS student residence (the cheapest option, usually meant for students with scholarships). International students can apply for this from July 9.

2. Other private residences; you can check the following sites: lokaviz.fr *, studapart.com **, leboncoin.fr, location-etudiant.fr etc.

The biggest challenge with renting a place is getting a guarantor who is usually someone resident and paying taxes in France and usually having a monthly income of about 3x the monthly rent for the accommodation. There are other options the guarantor like VISALE (free but not widely accepted by private landlords) and garantme.fr (Paid, but some landlords may not accept it).

* Student accommodation with private individuals managed by CROUS
** Usually charges a booking fee of about 180 euros
Please can you guide me?
If possible let me contact you on WhatsApp

Malicious22:
Apply for one year and provide the funds required, when it’s time to renew you will provide the funds for the second year.
So one can choose the duration to apply for. It's OK.

But I hope it's possible to get jobs there with which one can extend.
TravelRe: Studying In Finland (free Tuition) by ABBAChuks: 5:19pm On Jun 02, 2020
When applying for residence permit for msc which is two years, must I provide funds for the two years or can I apply for one year residence permit and provide funds for one.

Sponsor details and ID :- I used my mum’s employment letter and payment slip of 651k and national ID card, I submitted her promotion letter also, change of name certificate

Insurance:- I insure 365 days and 10days with Allianz insurance company for 25,219 Naira

Accommodation:- I reserved on booking.com( this right here is the most tricky one, if you are submitting 600k payment slip...dn’t go and reserve 200k room or hostel cos they will calculate that in a year compare it to your sponsors salary in a year. You can reserve hostel of 70k)

Flight reservation:- I reserve on goibibo.com, you can also reserve on emirate too

Land property:- I “believe” this serves as ties to home country but the names on the papers bear my surname (my father’s property)

Ties to home country:- I submitted my NYSC certificate and land property (I think ni o cos me sef I no understand this part but those are the documents are I submitted).
How many months pay slip did you submit?

Can I combine credit card and pay slips?
kid7soccer:
get a sponsor letter, put up to 3.5 to 4 million in a credit card opened in your name and submit the credit card details to the embassy. You can find out more on credit card by visiting uba or other banks
TravelRe: Polish Student Visa by ABBAChuks: 11:19pm On May 23, 2020
Please sum up everything for one year or for the whole duration of study?
Please respond.
Jaycew:
If you must use the credit card, then sum up everything you need.
Cost of living, accomodation, flight, school fees etc, and then add a little amount to it.
That should work I think.
