I get very emotional when ever I hear of something like this, cuz I've been there, maybe not as a house boy but I was no difference with an house boy.

though my aunty (who happened to be my mum immediate younger sister) put me in school but it was a totally different school from the one her kids attended, though she was nice to me but her husband hated me with passion, each time we go out together I always feel different because its very clear that they are not my parents from the way they treat me.......

If any of you have ever been to kano, you will know how cold It could be during cold season,
I use to wake up by 5am in that cold to wash two cars and to do other chores, and I will still end up going to school late.

And this people are suppose to be my family
Now imagine that they are not my family,
I know there are good people out there who treat their maids or house boys like family....
