vedaxcool: grin truly most Christians wouldn't know how to explain a confusing concept like the Trinity without creating more confusion.

Front page things.
..........and Allah cannot be an author of confusion. I read the Bible and I became more convinced of the Qur'an's authenticity. Alhamdulillahi.

IslamRe: Angola Denies Banning Islam by AbdH: 7:14am On Nov 28, 2013
igbo boy: just the way muslims in the north frustrate non muslim?....what is good for the goose is good for the gander if you ask me...

Anyways, two wrong dont make no right...

In other news Sharia enforcers in Kano, smash bottle of beer cos it is haram...Tolerance is a two way street abu
They did it to stop the Muslims who indulge in drinking. It will affect the Christians too probably because they drink and sell beer more but we cannot be expected to allow what is prohibited in Islam just because we want to please some Christians....I hope you understand.
IslamRe: Angola Denies Banning Islam by AbdH: 6:49am On Nov 28, 2013
slightlyMad: ban d tin jo!
I am inclined to agree with you on your moniker though tongue
IslamRe: Angola Denies Banning Islam by AbdH:
From the news, I believe they have not banned Islam officially but they are definitely frustrating Muslims. Muslims should not perspire for....
"Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light with their mouths: But Allah will complete His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it). *Qur 61:8*

Islam is set on it's course and nothing will stop it. cool
IslamRe: 15 Anti-corruption Hadiths by AbdH: 8:13pm On Nov 22, 2013
HNosegbe: If only our Muslim politicians would simply abide with these regulations, rather than using public funds to build new mosques or make repeated trips to Mecca...
Muslim politicians will steal as long as we practise democracy. Islam and democracy don't go together. The politicians are not controlled by the Qur'an and the hadeeth but by a secular constitution.

@topic, great job.

Ad€mOlA:
Stop fooling urself that's a normal tinz in yoruba land being alhaja or alhaji doesn't make u a real muslim,,,,,same tinz goes to Christian,,i know u're a yoruba stop hypocrite.........
You are right in that being an alhaji or an alhaja doesn't make you a true Muslim but it (Juju) is not a normal thing like you want to make us believe.
By the way, this topic seems divisive and stereotypical.
IslamRe: Muslim Inventions That Shaped The Modern World by AbdH: 5:54am On Nov 20, 2013
A summary it is but if the impact of Muslims had been elaborated by the writer, people will be amazed at how Muslims and Islam truly influenced science.
PoliticsRe: SURE-P To Pay 50,000 Unemployed Graduates N25,000 Monthly – FG: by AbdH: 9:36am On Nov 19, 2013
omiobo: I'm not in support of this nonsense. FG is trying to buy our future. They should not give us fish, they should teach us how to fish. They should provide infrastructure, power, health facilities, good road e.t.c instead of this nonsense, they can come up with genuine programmes that help the unemployed graduates to fulfill their dreams.
You are right but they should add the money too.

IslamRe: China Pressures Muslim Uighur Lawyer Families by AbdH: 8:57pm On Nov 14, 2013
maclatunji: It is time Muslim countries make it clear to China that it cannot continue to be oppressive to Chinese Muslims and expect them to keep giving it contracts worth billions of dollars every year.

China only listens to money at the moment.
....as are the Muslim countries.
PoliticsRe: America Has Labeled Boko Haram A Terrorist Group by AbdH: 7:41am On Nov 14, 2013
birdman: MEND has legit grievances and have limited their wahala to kidnapping (and releasing) oil workers. BH doesnt have any real grouse to speak of. Ultimately they just want to let some blood and cause as much mayhem as possible. Even they know education aint going nowhere.
MEND take lives too.
Their reason is that they are shortchanged by the government. What they want is that the government clean up their environments and compensate them for exploiting their lands so that they can live better lives which is a good call but these are no just cause for their criminal actions.

Boko haram also believe that they can live better if their system of governance is changed. They say they want Islam right? This is also a good call but there is no just cause for their criminal actions.

Bottom Line: Both are driven by the same will and both carry out the same acts of bombing and kidnapping people.
If boko haram were from the south, trust me, they will still be termed as an ordinary group while if MEND was full of Muslims, they will be termed terrorists.
PoliticsRe: America Has Labeled Boko Haram A Terrorist Group by AbdH: 6:30am On Nov 14, 2013
Tolexander: Boko haram is a big time terrorism like al qaeda only that they haven't gone on a full time international terrorism!
They are militants just like MEND but they are more consistent....I give that to them though.
PoliticsRe: Opon Imo (aregbesola) VS Laptop (peter Obi) by AbdH: 12:41am On Nov 14, 2013
What make the story of Opon Imo very attractive and recommendable are not just the details of the content but the cost analysis, which was provided by the state government Apart from the fact that its contents can be customised to meet the needs of users, it is very affordable based on the following cost analysis:

1. JAMB & WASC past questions for all subjects for a period of ten years on 17 subjects at a conservative estimate of N1000 per subject will give a conservative figure of N2,550,000,000 (N2.55 billion).

2. Virtual Classroom zone containing 51 audio tutorials estimated at about N5000 per session gives N38,250,000,000 (N38.25 billion) for 150,000 students.

3. 63 e-textbooks preloaded at a conservative estimate of N1000 each comes to N63,000 x 150,000 = N9,450,000,000 (N9.45 billion).

The state government sums it up with the explanation that, were they “to engage in the physical purchase of hard-copies of textbooks for the 17 subjects taught in our public schools, hard-copies of 51 audio tutorials, hard-copies of JAMB & WAEC past questions and answers for all subjects for a period of 10 years, it would (conservatively speaking) cost a whopping N50.25 billion.” The State of Osun is providing each students of SSS 1–3 Opon Imo free based on initial rollout of 150,000 to be distributed to students and teachers.

The question at this point is, What is the cost of the 150,000 Opon Imo being introduced in all public senior secondary schools in the State of Osun? Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola, the Governor of the state, who conceived the whole idea while window shopping in an electronic store, announced during the launching that the total cost of the project is slightly above N200 million.
One of the things that the Opon Imo project necessitated is the installation of solar panels in schools to power the devices. It is not very clear whether the cost of installing the solar panels in schools is included in the slightly above N200 million expenditure.
http://pmnewsnigeria.com/2013/06/19/opon-imo-inspirational-message-from-state-of-osun/

@Poster can do better than the lies he put up there. Slightly above N200 million is quite far from 8.2 billion Naira if you ask me.
