Funny enough I don't use the system launcher. The feature just caught my eye while I was updating the app.
I am yet to see anything that comes close to Microsoft launcher. The sticky notes widget has changed my life.

Good evening, please I used to be able to activate accessibility settings for Nova launcher, it allowed me to use gestures on the app to carry out system functions, eg swipe up on nova homescreen to turn off display and lock screen. However, it's no more working and it keeps showing that and I don't even know how to remedy it

But we've got to give it up to the personality behind the moniker. Despite the harsh words, he hardly let's it get at him. Usually, people cast the first stone at him, yet he doesnt reciprocate in same manner. I put it to you.... Many of those that used harsh words at him like " fool" (whether his actions deserve it or not) can't take half the sh*t they throw at him. Some people correct him with love, some others don't....

I'm just saying Xiaomi should consider going full smartwatch mode on the fit tech, or they can accommodate both - designing a smartwatch while also retaining their MiBand series.

MY friend wants to swap his Flagship device of (xiaomi) Mi9 to Nokia X6

The (Xiaomi Mi9) phone is powered by Octa core (2.84 GHz, Single core, Kryo 485 + 2.42 GHz, Tri core, Kryo 485 + 1.8 GHz, Quad core, Kryo 485) processor. It runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Chipset. It has 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage. Xiaomi Mi 9 smartphone has a AMOLED display. of course without questions this phone is 2 times better than Nokia X6 (but he wants to swap the mi9 to x6 due to some personal reasons)

Ever since I updated this RN7 to miui 10.3.10, the battery performance has gone down.

SOT now averages 5 to 6hrs and the battery graph is quite steep.
The main culprit is Android system. I have tweaked virtually every setting there is to tweak, still no improvement.

I can see on the xiaomi website (https://en.miui.com/getrom-360.html?m=yes&mobile=2) that there is a new rom 10.3.12
Hopefully, this will solve the problem when it is delivered.

In all honesty, OneUI is the best so far from Sammy, but am bored already .

I have handled a Xiaomi phone before. Yes although an older model but nonetheless it's a Xiaomi phone.

And yes transsion has been deceiving alot of people. With mediocre processors for outrageous prices. Imagine the new a10s at 44 having the same processor as the Camon11pro that was 70+. Yet it is still lower in performance than exynnos 7884 on the A10. And for a while until I used sammy I was part of those lot

But overall it is Infinix and Tecno that opened Sammy's eyes and iPhones eyes to the truth. That you can offer more for far less . I praise them for that and the brand earned my respect for that. That is why I can never downgrade nor insult their brand.

Because during those beginning years of android. The price difference between a Samsung and Tecno was heaven to earth.

I still remember carrying a brand new Samsung S3mini to school . And everyone wanted to touch it. Yet tecno p5 was reigning then. Tecno has done alot for the phone industry in Nigeria

I think what matters most is point of view. I have gone through my posts on this thread. And none of them (to me) is degrading nor flippant. And most importantly I counter what I think is wrong respectfully. But the replies here is always abusive. And it's not just me but it also applies to anyone who tries to think in the opposite direction away from the Xiaomi way.

If my opinions are seen as chasing clout that doesn't add to my account nor my character then.....
