Not all ladies are a fan of all things pink. The gold colours are iconic and IMHO are great for the majority of folks, as long as the specs are already top notch.

My former employer called me to that he needed a new phone and i should suggest one for him. After preaching about the phantom 6+ he asked if there was a black option, i told him no and that was how he changed his already made up mind.
After specs then looks, so why not give us different color options is all I'm saying. it's a win win situation.

I have a 1 GB RAM Phone and it works perfect with zero lag.
I don't install apps that I don't use every other day.
I don't play games on smartphones.
My phone works flawlessly.
So 1GB RAM isn't a deal breaker for the intended market segment.

Yea. They should release phones in various colors too, not just one color. The Tactics have been working well for Gionee and Apple.
They should try it so that people with different Personality type will have options.

I wouldn't say they started poorly. They identified a problem and proffer a solution. Now they are trying to evolve, I don't see a problem with that. Someone started with pure water when bottle water reigned, people rushed it. But times have changed and the same person is now doing bottle water too, would we now cut his head for making pure satchet water that people identified with?

I was an early adopter of TECNO. Trust me when I say they compromised on quality early on. But look at them now, they're just dropping premium high quality products left right and centre like a badass!

It is just a simple statement with no underlying motive whatsoever.
You do not expect Tecno, Infinix or other lesser known brands to remain at the level they were when they started out especially those making actual efforts to improve and be better.
Samsung didn't start out as the power house that they are now, they had worked their way up.

The key to improving is innovating to do more. Nokia failed in that regard. But Tecno has been doing that too. Improving as technology changes.

True. When the phantom Z came out, I know there and then that TECNO isn't prepared to just sit idly by and watch other OEMs coast to glory, they were ready to compete.
At this rate it's only a matter of time before they get to Samsung level dominance.
