P/S: Dual SIM and Android are my other compulsory specs.

The Tecno L8 plus ticks all your boxes, so why not kukuma go for it.

it doesn't mean you can't compare both of them. Not many team can afford Ronaldo, so why not compare both and see how both of them stack up against each other, make a cost benefit analysis and go for the one you want. Hell, Nani and Ronaldo are teammates so who says you can't have them both.

Op never said the phantom 6 is better than the iPhone 7, he is just comparing both devices, and the last time i checked to compare means to estimate, measure, or note the similarity or dissimilarity between multiple items to make informed decisions when making a choice.

1) Customer service
2) Tech Guy
3) Advertiser
4) Operations manager
5) Accountant

Remember, we're just starting so paying huge sum of amount may not be possible as a startup. So how much do you think is decent enough to pay per month?

Recruit interns for some of the positions. That way you get to pay them way less than what you would an experienced staff.
But if you are looking for experience heads, you can offer them equity positions and they'll work for next to nothing.

PS. The Tech guy can double as the advertiser as well, so factor that in when recruiting.
