Crownny86: You don't need to download any form. The application is online thru their website and also payment. I first applied for my transcript to be send to them and it was dispatch from Nigeria on 2nd of Dec.
I applied to NBCC on 5th of Dec and when the transcript reach their hand on the 9th, i got a mail from them that my document is complete and my application ready for evaluation.
Surprisingly, I got a mail with attached letter again on 20th Dec that have been placed on waiting list.. So, am just praying now for my admission status to change to offer.
Do what ever you have to do, pls do quick. Oooh, sorry about that. U choose just a course when you applied? |

capiti: You should send supporting documents to admission office by post. Hope you get the NBCC admission because they have started offering admission for September 2017. I got already for Information technology and business analysis. Hi bro., I am about completing an application into the same program, didn't you think is already late to send in application for that program considering the slow rate at which schools here process transcript. Pls note that I'm yet to send out my transcript I'm planning to do that 1st week of January |

Mattezo: Yes, until they receive transcript. I just got the admission in November 29th and I apply since March this year cos my course is very competitive.
So it depends on the course you are going for how competitive it is, mine was very competitive though.., that's why Is always advisable to check whether a course is available before applying.. You can email or call the school.
I hope this helps,
Best Ooooh, that's pretty far, I have just applied, I will work on my transcript transfer immediately so as to fast track the process. My program (information technology : business analysis) I think isn't that competitive, I think I should be considered once my transcript is delivered |

I need someone to give me clue of what he or she think Is happening with my application. I don't want to mail the embassy not for them for feel like I Am teaching them there work. It's not up to 15weeks already, I am just trying to vigilant and seek people advice. If you are going to u of r, I think u of r always gives an optional resumption dates on their offer letter, if you can't meet up with the Jan date, u can as well resume come may |

StudentsNG: Hi friends!
Just to report that I landed safely yesterday. I also want to share list of documents required at POE to help our new thread followers. I landed at Toronto, passed through security/custom checks, filled an asset declaration form (showing that I do not have up to 10,000CDN or more with me handy and then went direct to the Boarder Services to get my Study Permit.
First, the officer will ask (Where you are coming from and Why have you come into canada - what did you come to do). Tell them your country and that you are here for studies.
Documents: 1. Acceptance Letter from School (showing that you met conditions of admission. Come along with any document satisfying any listed conditions if any). 2. Introduction Letter from CIC (the visa approval letter). 3. If you have paid any fees, show evidence. 4. If there were vital communication between you and your school (maybe via emails), do print them out. You may need them. 5. And of course your Int'l Passport!
Once done they will ask you to sit down and then call you in few mins to hand over your permit to you. Next thing after that is your Insurance (Health Card). If your next connecting flight is almost ready, they will tell you to go and complete that later when you arrive at school. If not, you will do it there and fast.
With your study permit in your hands, you are welcome!
I stayed back in the Airport to open bank account and paid in my cash (USDs) into my Canadian Account, got ATM card, Online Banking Logiins, etc within 30 mins. Very fast!
I'm writing from Regina, and I'm all fine here. Aside the UNFRIENDLY COLD AND SNOWY WEATHER.
I wish all travel & trv hopefuls success. I will always help with anything I can. Cheers guys and thanks for the gurus who provided help and guide during my application and travel.
Wilfred. Congratulations bro., through which medium did you make your school payment? form A? If yes like how many days did the transaction took? |

Pls read through this, I think it will detail us on post graduate working permit. Postgraduate Work Permit The Postgraduation Work Permit Program is designed to provide graduating students with Canadian work experience. International students who graduate from Conestoga may be eligible (with few exceptions) to apply for a post-graduation work permit with a validity period of up to three years – this depends on the length of the student's program of study. At present, applicants must apply for a work permit within 90 days of receiving written confirmation (for example, a transcript or an official letter) from the educational institution indicating that they have met the requirements for completing their program of study. Calculation of the 90 days begins the day when the student’s final marks are issued or when formal written notification of program completion is received. If the official length of your program of study is: less than eight months you are not eligible for this work permit.more than eight months and up to two years, you may receive a work permit for a period no longer than the length of your program of study (for example, if you studied for nine months, a work permit may be issued for a period of up to nine months).two years or more, a work permit may be issued for up to three years. It is recommended that you apply online. For more information about the post-graduation work permit, please go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/temp/students/post-grad.asp. Graduates may also qualify for other immigration programs; the Come to Canada tool is a good resource for those wishing to explore their options to remain in Canada. I applied for mobile solutions development(optional co-op) today at Conestoga College, I noticed their is no payment indicated during co-op which is first semester level 2, to those currently in Conestoga college, does it mean their will be no payment for that semester? if yes what will be the faith of those that couldn't make the co-op program since co-op for the program will be based on merit (80% ) on first result? |

Folaroyal: Alert!!! **** inadmissibility to Canada ***** This is now about a 4th occurrence in emails people have sent to me recently....are you aware that Guys are being "rendered inadmissible to Canada" due to their ignorance and for some... simply because they will just not listen!!! It is shameful as well as unfortunate that despite various briefings, advises and shared experiences... people still subject themselves to the unprofessional handlings of some agents!!! It's just that people affected will not want to post on the thread.. .. maybe you would have realised the seriousness of what I am saying. And also unfortunately... The agent that is involved in all the cases I have seen/read is "GVC" From cic write up I read....... It is certain that they know these agents and tagged them already!!! Cos I read variously that "I am convinced that your application was completed with supporting documents similar to that of many others presented by a same and known representative....you have been rendered inadmissible to Canada based ...."
Please guys... If it turns out that we are so so desperate and suddenly become lazy that must use a third party to complete your application... Pls pls pls & pls....Its better you let us link you with people who will ONLY help check/assess your completed applications (check all forms, sop and ensure you have satisfied all the conditions before submission).... NEVER adding any documents!!!! Rather than facing this unhealthy situation... and remember if one is affected by Canada, USA won't accept you either. My advise... Run Run Run from these life destroyers!!! Regards. That's serious, I think it's high time take our destiny into our hands ,it's so so unfortunate. Could this mean they are using fake documents to process admission? |
