samseen02: mmmh... Only Jesus can save u from this illusionstupidity. .. jesus that cannot save himself who told you j need to be safe? |
iluvweed: Chai na fresh 16yrs old girls SATAN go dey fvck now....No such thing as hell bro, dont waste your life believing in some fairytales. ...enjoy the best out of life and contribute positively to society |
kobonaire: I would not use that to judge all Nigerians but you do have a valid point about the flip floppers. Those conspiracy theory are the result of our ethnic and religious bias.... deep down some Northern Bleep Jonathan is responsible for the bombing. .... BOKOHARAM is a terrorist organization influenced by extreme teligious teaching the earlier we know that the better for all |
Xcapist: This my first post on NL ever. And it's oddly sad seeing brilliant folks like you mercilessly shoot each other out of the sky like that; particularly since I don't care about religion anymore and I initially thought I'll enjoy seeing religious folks trip over the jumble of contradicting bible verses (which of course they'll never acknowledge) that has been thrown about. But it's just plain sad to see how blinded by our various faith tinted baise we are such that we can not see what is actually sadder - the fact that PEOPLE are killing PEOPLE and not care so much about their religious, political or racial affiliations, or who starting the assault or didn't acknowledge the ceasefire in the past, or the dirty propaganda being paddled or whatever...pals, "an eye for an eye makes the world go blind" and "two wrongs don't make a right". It's just so sickening when I see people trying to justify murder, especially from their myopic, closed minded worldview. That is how we got to where we are in the first place; picking sides, being prejudiced and spreading hate, forgetting that we are all god's children (created in his image as some of you may claim). At times like this, belonging to the human race is such a sad reality for me. Are we going to be forever slaves to our base human nature, can we ever learn to love beyond the boundaries of our perceived communities and affiliations? Can we rise above hate and prejudice as a race? Can we learn to live and let live? The answer seem more gloomy than optimistic to me. I rest my case...waiting to see it burst into flames by your fiery, top notch intellectual missiles.thank you brother. ... religious believe is human number 1 problem. it is wrong to a fellow human for any course |
MrAnony1: So rather than address the fact that Hamas use their own children as human shields, you choose to bring up red herrings like the crusades which no one is talking about and spice it up with ad hominem by suggesting that I'm a hypocritical pharisee instead of refuting my statements. It just shows me how unwilling you are to hold an accurate account of the events. This is a very stupid and ignorant statement.... look at it this way, what of if the yoruba people of south western Nigeria started killing women and children in eastern Nigeria after occupying igbo state of say enugu, imo and anambra at thesame time justifying their occupation with a book written by Yoruba's and also accusing igbos of terrorism at thesame time |
TheBigUrban2: Will you shut up?to me this is the best comment here... we need to stop taking side and be truthful to outself. Israeli are killing innocent women and children, this is what matter to us, it is wrong to kill children and women no matter what. We know the racist and tribalism that exist within arabs and non arab but that doesn't necessitate for ethnically cleanse that is going on in Gaza |
shdemidemi: I totally accept this, but the boundary isn't necessarily the problem with the surrounding Arab countries. Looking forward, if Israel submit to these request, do you think it will amend the rift, particularly on the side of the different sect like Hamas.from my own perspective it will help to put an end to the hostility. |
shdemidemi: I totally accept this, but the boundary isn't necessarily the problem with the surrounding Arab countries. Looking forward, if Israel submit to these request, do you think it will amend the rift, particularly on the side of the different sect like Hamas.it will go in a long way to settle the matter, then Hamas will hav no reason for hostility |
shdemidemi: Let's don't deviate, take terrorism out of it all together.I will Hamas agenda is to reclaim the lost territory but the approach use is wrong. othere neighboring arab state need to help palestine achieve their aim. don't get me wrong, I am not say Israeli citizen of 7.7 million should be explled from the midle east, but isreal need to stop further expansion, go back to the 1948 boundary, compensate the Palestinian people and sign a peace treaty. u think Egypt, syria and oil rich saudi arabia, Kuwait, Qatar also need to play a huge role For Egypt they need 5o sacrifices some of the desert land in the sinai peninsula to Palestine the oil rich state need to help fund the recinstruction of Palestinian instead of embezzling the excess crude oil money |
PastorAIO: Terrorists like Nelson Mandela.Nelson Mandela was called a socialist terrorist by the AFRICANAR racist white apartheid led gov't of struggle during his struggle for equal and just south Africa |
PastorAIO: May I ask why you spell Israel with a t in it?some typo error... typing through my phone |
shdemidemi: At this point, what exactly do you think groups like Hamas and other terrorist organisation want? You have to define terrorism in the first place. during the fight for independence USA use terrorism to actualize their freedom from British, republic of Northern Ireland did thesame thing. Hamas is military organization fighting for the right of the people of Palestinian |
davidylan: You mean its "very excessive" in comparison to America's response to 9-11? Syria, Libya, Pakistan, Iraq... even the Nigerian military response to the Odi killings? I'm at a loss as to what these PC crowd expect Israel to do? Its easy to criticize from the comfort of your high chair. Lucky you, you dont have to download an app to remind you of the next hamas rocket heading your way.brother whar are u smoking? the state of istreal was created on 14 may 1948 in the territory of present day Palestine, how do u compare an the action of invading troops performing ethnic cleansing with terrirism. u cannot comoare the war against bokoharam, or american war in iraq and Afghanistan to Palestinian struggle. the istreali state is not a legitimate one, only a bigot clouded with religious bias will object that. |
[quote author=mandonnels]wow.... Rivers state here i come..... just checked mine[/quot I'm also postee to rivers.... i think we should create a trend for Rivers camp |
shdemidemi: If the bible is anything to go by, we both know the source of the problem today. Israel today is a legitimate country that has the right to protect its territory. The state maintains and conduct their activities in accordance to the rule of law to a reasonable degree compared to all the terrorist organisations around them.istreal is not protecting it's territory but terrorising others and occupying their land. |
Weselion: There must be a reason behind Israel attacking. Israel Is one peaceful country but if you find their trouble.....its disastrousThe degree of ignorance and stupidity in this country is alarming..... ok istreal is a peace country because it is prophesied in the bible and hence the Palestinian are at the one to blame for being killed by a superior military state. Religious believe is dangerous to humanity, believing in some fairytales written by some bias myopic sadist and racist poets is one of the reason for all the calamity facing humanity. we should condemn the action of tyranny and devilish istreali state not based on religion but as humanity. by the way istreal is a jewish state check out demography of istreal 74% jew 19% islam 3% xtian 4% others |
Edusouls: Men cheat, naturaly men re vry polygamous in nature,in the olden day's men marry more than two wives, nowadays one man one wife dosen't work, is just a spoken word. Men are sex crazy that's one of the main reason they cheat, but men re less emotionaly attached to their cheats and men re not deceitful and manupulative, deep unlike the girls, that's wat makes them worse cheaters, most girls re natural liers and re hardened, once a girl starts to cheat u should leave, cos once women start they dont stop, i had a cheating girl friend, that's when i learnt how they behave, they lie to the last lie to try to cover up and most cases their lies sway ur suspicion away, so that's women re more dangerous cheaters...Generalization is bad, u can't just say women a dangerous cheaters. To me men cheat more than women because our cultute and religion are more bias to men, it is morally ok for men to cheat and a taboo at thesame time when women cheat.... this double standard is a problem, the discrimantion is too much. The best way to have a nice relationship is to be ok with ur partners quality and shortcomings, expect them to be some kind movie star or something they are not |

zerray: i disagree wt most view here o i believe if a man or woman TRUELY LOVE you they wont even be attracted to other ppl not to talk of cheating.most ppl dnt even knw what love is dts the problem.because u are a relationship wt a someone doesnt mean they luv u,most ppl are too afraid to admit their partner doesnt love them,dt why they hv to keep reassuring themselves of the 'love' if you doubt it go and ask a boy or girl dt was truely inlove with their partners they will tell u they never even cheated on their partner.i hv seen these things happen.cheaters are manipulators and liarsLove is just too subjective sister... to me love is a sense of insecurity share by both partner in a relationship, if u are as insecure as your partner the u will be so in love. Ask yourself whether our parent are so in love and they are have been together forever.... the magic is they may both be insecure to exploits. we the younger generation have too many social issues through Americanized view from Holywood and the music chanels. we borrow culture that promote sexuality callee love. Ask yourself why it is very hard for a very good looking guys with good degree and a deep pocket to be in love or faithful |
sokarsenal: . It depends on the city or town you are posted to........cost of living in portharcourt is as you would have In any oil city....reasonably high......as always it depends on the area.....a self contain in ph main city would be from 80-200k or more depending on your area.............foodstuffs are cost......even fish which is caught in rivers state or even ph is cost In ph...but you said u live in Abuja,so high cost shouldn't be new to you......transport fare is 'normal' , most takes 50naira per drop....bus, keke (restricted to some areas) and bus...........well 'life as a stranger'.........you don't need to worry about that if your ppa is in ph......you are yoruba, if you are a quiet person no one would NOTICE you.....rivers state has over 15 different languages, so in ph there is no single language like yoruba in the west or efik in uyo or hausa in zaria that people speak......almost .everyone, even in the villages hear a passable pidgin english.....so its not a case of you going off grid and not finding your way because of one language the villages are speaking u don't understand.....and if you are yoruba and u like rolling with mostly yoruba peeps, they are enough around tivers state......infact therd is an ikwerre village called ENEKA where ud think is a yoruba town , lol( exagerrations though)........'Where to go and not to go'.............hmmm....you can go almost everywhere in river state.....apart from the normal stealing and 'small small' cyltism which u can avoid easily.......but the deep deep interior creeks are a lil bit dangerous if you are a stubborn personthanks bro |
adedeji65: wow we three already, wt did u do as project sir?structral analysis and design of a 5 storey reinforced concrete hotel building with centralized lift system and underground car park |
adedeji65: wow we three already, wt did u do as project sir?reinforced concrete of 5 storey hotel building with centralized lift system |
adedeji65: guess uv seen ur posting , wt course if I may askcivil engineering |
adonismuller: well I'am typing with mobile so I will just summarize .....I used the three dimensional truss analysis for my design (meaning I made do wit computer) method, the members were assumed to be axially loaded and have pin connections....three dimensional frame model was used t determine the member forces... For the wind loads,it depends on the type of wind..for me I designed using the straight-flight wind...(The Code of practice will help with dis)......bro I'll have to send u my project through email...I no fit explain all here oo...thanks bro.... I will be delighted if u can send it to me |
adedeji65: funaab abk, and you? Tnks thoughFUTMINNA |
sokarsenal: . Well every corper in rivers state teaches apart from medical doctor........except ofcourse you have a firm request for you which means you have to be connected................the state government employed 10,000 teachers in september last year...so maybe all corpers wouldn't be posted to schools......but one thing is for certain there are reasonable opportunities for someone of the qualities you have stated here, you just have to meet the right people.............And as to teaching, if you are good with kids and you can impact knowledge on that, and if your ppa is a private school in port harcourt, you would have ENOUGH home lesson to make money from durimg service if you play your cards well.......at least I know a family member who has to 7 home lessons.....1 hour , 3 times a week sessions and the pay are reasonably high.........I've given you the few tips I have......ask specific questions if you still wantcost of living life style for a stranger security. where to go and not to go |

adedeji65: I design a potable water treatment plantvery good project bro... which university? |
adonismuller: design of transmission tower.....and urs?share more bro... I will like to see how u design the truss... what method did u employ for the truss analysis, how u estimate ur wind load, effect of linear expansivity.... and ur drawings, pliss bro throw more light |
adonismuller: bro u r gud.....dat stiffness matrix is a brain cracker when done manually.....I know this is off topic...but what software can one use in bridge design?try civil card and Autocard 3 D. I am not too good in highway design because I major in strucuture, but I am working bridge design now sha I had design a pedestrian bridge manually before, it is not that hard because it is a structural work, all u need is the BS codes and know the material to use. for example, most of our bridge are made of pre cast element or composite element. for the precast element u have to understand design of pre stress concrete and for the composite element u need to get the bridge design manual for guild. it is always better to learn the manual design first before the computer aided design |
sokarsenal: . As a civil engineer.....well if you are thinking of after service there are large and small indigenous civil engineering firm in ph.......you have to tell me the town in your head though and other questionsI have alot of experience in building construction and general civil engineering work. I am very good in so many civil engineering software's like 1. autocard 2.revit 3. orion 4.use of excel for stiffness matrix for structures and for bill preparation. 5. linpro for structural analysis. I am so good in manual structural design and hydrology work ( water work). I was a carpentary Forman before going to the university, I am well grounded in site carpentary work and site supervision. I do enjoy teaching because I use to take tutorials during my university's days bit now I prefer to work as consultant or site engineers for a small building firm may be pattnership with somebody. |
