This is my first house in Nigeria and is the staging zone for future endeavors. If I imported concert mixers where would I store it? The builder felt he could be more efficient doing it manually based on where we were at, access and availability to labour. Since that is all on his side of the project then I had to yield to him. I don't believe that my project is suffering because they hand mixed the blinding. My job is to use knowledge learned on Nairaland to make sure that I'm seeing what I see on Spyder, Brabus, Aventures, etc high dollar projects and quickly ask questions.

Now on another note, Smiley001 has been onsite and can relate the deplorable road condition that I'm dealing with. We had to dump 19 tons of granite down the street and hand carry it to site because the roads were slippery.

I'm supplying materials but my builder thinks that plastic membrane cover is a waste since the site is on a hilly rocky outcrop.

He also thinks that we don't need to use wire mesh on the German floor. He's confident on the soil and the mix he's going to use.

The poster is asking why black people do not think and act straight. That picture is not showing a location needing volunteers planting trees. Why are people in government more concerned about enriching their pockets, building personal mansions at the expense of public works, environment, infrastructure and a saner society. ?

Bro look at all areas of comparative advantage we have and yet no development, tell me why the whole of black Africa is backward developmentally, tell me why despite our educational strides we have nothing to show for it, tell me why Africa is a failed continent, we aren't good people and that's the fact, our failures is not just a Nigerian problem but a problem inherent with any black community anywhere in the world, we are ghetto people, even in developed climes most ghetto communities are black dominated, If you don't criticise and point out failures you can never re-engineer anything for greatness. I totally agree with the op, the inferiority of the blacks that abound is exactly why some people on this thread didn't understand him, the black man is destined to be ruled and never to rule, he simply lacks the capacity, it's a fact that in a developed system in sane climes the black man can hold his head even higher than most Europeans as evidenced by our strides in Europe and America but we can never create such environment cos we don't have the capacity to do so , Africa is a failed continent, no successful government anywhere, the nations who have any form of working systems had a largely white presence not too long ago, even these systems are failing today since the black man took them over, there is no future with the black man, he is just a superstitious consumer who likes to dance and merry hoping tomorrow will take care of itself without making any plans for such tomorrow, Africa needs to be recolonized, so that it can develop, we will do better after such developments has come to fruition but before that we have to wallow in the filth called Africa and manage our divine inferiority to every other race
