I am sure Saraki himself knows this to be true of many senators and was frantically trying to order the sequence of the elections in Nigeria which to me was an admittance of the fact that Buhari was going to win. They were merely trying to ensure APC does not get the majority in the house which is looking possible.

Anyone thinking Buhari will not return will be shocked. He will return and by a big margin win.

How did it help? Buhari won in places he used to win before now. If Obasanjo helped in anyway, he might have helped in telling APC some of their rigging tactics and nothing more.

Buhari won because he was very popular in the north and because Tinubu ( who is still in Buhari's camp ) helped him with the south west. I challenge you to censor people in the south west of their opinion on Obasanjo. He is not half as popular as people from the south east would like to make you believe.

APC's greatest problem is the fact that Buhari and Osinbajo are not politicians. Both are not playing the dirty games some people within the APC are playing.

And trust me, if not for Buhari APC will be ousted in 2019. It was obvious the presidency was not carried along in their DSS embarrassing nonsense because they know he is very unlikely to approve.

Buhari's image and by and large Osinbajo's has been tarnished mainly because of the polithiefians that surround them and nothing more. Buhari in my opinion means well but for the desperate polithifians.

Here's the problem the man is facing.

One LG can not save his political future because he can not command enough votes needed to send him back to abuja or to keep ordinary reps seat in the house.

The PDP in Bauchi like nearly all the states in that region exists marginally, they are basically mute.

Saraki is facing the same odds. There's absolutely no need to even impeach him, a sad and natural rejection by his own state and constituency is coming and it's even more humiliating than impeachment.

Both men are practically enjoying the last leg of their lawmaking stay in Abuja.

I for one believe saraki will return but he can't be president of the Senate again. Dogara and tambuwal are the real fools.

PDP and their fans won't want to accept it but Buhari is getting up to 30% in many ( if not all) south Eastern states. Maybe not in the South Southern states though.

And Kenneth is just stating the fact. Buhari would return for want of a credible candidate to challenge and when he does South East would be worst for it if they don't recheck their political calculations.

Speak for yourself bro. The majority of Nigerians still firmly support him and will be returned again. Just give it time and you will see for yourself.

However having said that I also need to state that his popularity has waned due to the way he has handled some issues.

It is obvious that the opposition are firmly behind some of the killings in certain areas but his inability to bring the culprits to book despite having the laws, power and all the security agency to himself is p*ss poor.

impeaching Senator Saraki does not make Senator Ekweremadu Senate President. When the senate president is impeached another one is voted in. The deputy can't ascend the seat like it is done in the executive

APC should know better than you bro. They have the money to engage lawyers that would interprete the relevant laws.

But having said that, I think APC should just Focus on ensuring Saraki doesn't return to the house again. Take advantage of the situation in Kwara and he will most likely not return. They should just stop chasing a wild goose for now.
