Politics › Re: How Did Dennis Agharya And ARDI Get Justice Onnoghen's Asset Declaration Form? by abescom: 1:30pm On Jan 14, 2019 |
Racoon: Going by the afore precedence, the curious questions for this APC government, CCB and the petitioners are:
-1).How did the petitioner accessed the CJN's asset declaration forms @ the CCB since only the declearer is allowed by law to order the CCB to allow public access to such info contain therein?
Just as Cambridge Syndicate replied that only Buhari have the right to authorized the release of his alleged certificate who conducted the then exam on behalf of WAEC. [b] -2).Is it no clear & certain that the CCB & petitioner committed a grave criminal breach of trust & thereby violate the right of privacy of the CJN by this malicious act? This is the fundamental question the prosecution have to prove. This criminal breach of trust is a moral albatross & sign of collision by the CCT as in the case of Buhari's public asset declaration as shown above.
In the haste to carry out a vendetta, the senseless and vindictive government unnecessarily boxed itself into a culdesac of stupidity. But how does how the petitioner get it matter? Most important question is, did the CJN commit a crime? The petitioner can always be dealt with later but according to the CJN himself, he has committed a crime. Seeing that he said he forgot and ignorance or forgetfulness has no place in law. You as a citizen should be more interested in whether or not the CJN committed a crime or not. |

StOla: If Peter Obi as a governor of Anambra under APGA that was not in federal power nor a major federal opposition, could have a working relationship with President Jonathan and PDP despite their certified failure, why then is it a problem for Obiano of same Anambra whose same APGA is not in federal power nor a major federal opposition, to have a working relationship with APC the party in federal power and the President Buhari?
Is Obiano supposed to have a cordial relationship with an opposition PDP that is useless to him and Anambra state as it concerns federal power and privileges?
Did Obi do such when faced with the same circumstances? Did Obi rather ally with ACN or CPC who were fellow opposition parties like APGA and that were of no benefit to Anambra when Obi was governor under APGA?
Or has Peter Obi started regretting his then cordial relationship with PDP that has now afforded him a Vice-Presidential ticket after he eventually joined PDP from APGA? PDP just don't use their heads at all. Obiano is smarter than them though. Anambra is a closet APC fan, like Fulham Fc back then was the American team abroad, Anambra is Apc state abroad. |

It will be delusion for anyone tho think PMB will win in the South East but let's face it, he will have over 30% in most of the South Eastern states which will be game over for Atiku.
Those deluding themselves by believing Atiku has any chance at all are advise to give in now. PMB will win hands down.
PDP made a mistake choosing Atiku then the gods ran them mad and forced them to pick Obi as his running mate rather than someone from the South West.
Whoever advised Atiku to pick Obi must secretly be working for APC or an indoor fan of PMB. |

NothingDoMe: It's just an order of interim forfeiture, pending the determination of the case. Judgement has not been given yet. Let's make efforts to reason intelligently. Not everything is propaganda. You talked about talking intelligently but fail to reason with the fact that the money won't have been forfeited in anyway at all if the owners have come out and explained the source in anyway. The court can only grant any sort of forfeiture at all when the owners don't come out. Do you honestly think efcc would have gone to court all out if they knew they erred in their judgment and the money was legal as you and your cohorts would have us believe? |

baliyubla: See the dullard being reluctant to increase minimum wage from ordinary $50 (18k) to $83 (30k), While South Africa that is already on a whooping $270 (97, 495) minimum wage, went on to increase it to $350 (126, 480) without any farce.
The irony is the South African politicians can't hold a candle to what the Nigerian politicians earn.
Giant of Africa my black ny..h. The recessionist must be stopped at the polls. Nigerians deserve better. You call someone a dullard but do not know that SA's cost of living is way higher than that of Nigeria. When you can rent a house in Nigeria for 450K per year, in SA that will be the price of just 4 months rent. But off course you lot won't bother about that because of hate. |

Slowly and steadily, we'll rebuild our country. Gradually, one road, one rail, one power plant, one airport, one block of housing, one inland port, etc. will be completed and put to use for the benefit of Nigerians.
Our developed Nigeria will become the hub of industries in Africa, such that Nigerians will no longer see the need to travel out for greener pastures.
God bless Nigeria. I can't wait for when this happens. I am a firm believer in Nigeria and I firmly believe the turnaround for good will happen in my generation. GOD bless Nigeria. |
