Jobs/VacanciesRe: A European Oil Company Is Currently Recruiting Second Batch by abioye(m): 7:26pm On Sep 21, 2010
How on earth will an European Oil company be asking for =N=1,700.00 from applicant? Please do a simple arithmetic of 1,700 x the number of people this oil company claimed to pass their online exam.

If 1000 people applied which i believe will be more than that, u'll get 1.7m naira.
This is a cool money.
Watch out for scam
Jobs/VacanciesRe: A European Oil Company Is Currently Recruiting Second Batch by abioye(m): 7:55pm On Sep 20, 2010
The Oil European company is fake. I applied to this oil company, and I was shortlisted for online interview, which I passed and I was told to pay certain amount of money for the certificate. That this certificate will be my passage for the employment.

House, please be careful for scam.

A good and better organization will not ask applicant to pay money.
Christianity EtcRe: Paying Tithes Or Giving To The Needy? by abioye(m): 9:52am On Mar 26, 2007
The truth is that old testament and New testament are part of the bible. if the Old testament is not that important to us it will not be part of the scripture. The Bible is not complete without these two books.

Malachi 3: Vs 7 - 12 says it all about tithing.
"Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me. "But you ask, 'How do we rob you?'
"In tithes and offerings. You are under a curse—the whole nation of you—because you are robbing me. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the windows of heaven and pour out so much blessing".

The truth is if u dont pay tithe, you will pay to the devil. Either through hospital bills, devourers and paying ur way out from one problem to another. Ur 10% from ur earnings will not kill you but rather bring blessings upon u.

Giving to the needy is a voluntary thing. I pray devourers will not enter into our finances.
SportsRe: Super Eagles Of Nigeria Versus Crannes Of Uganda: 1-0! by abioye(m): 9:12am On Mar 26, 2007
Super Eagles did not play well at all. I think they shd do away with the older legs & inject new blood into the team.

Well, as for the goal Ugandans scored it was a clear goal but they were robbed. The Pitch did not help matters prior 2 the match Vogts & Eagles players complained abt d pitch. There's no how they can play well on such pitch. B'cos they are used to good & sythetic field abroad. Let's see what happened when they play there othermathes in Abuja. i wld have suggested they use the only sythetic field in Nigeria/ Africa as a whole.
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Oceanic: Act Now by abioye(m): 10:39am On Mar 13, 2007
Oracle99,
Pls applying for the Oceanic online is not the problem. Applicant should know what criteria are used in inviting applicant for Test. They shd know the age limit, Class of degree, and Credit level in English & Maths.

I used to know someone with 2:2 B.Sc. Degree that applied and passed several bank test. But he has P7 in Englis & Maths. This has always been his barrier from getting his heart desired banking job. Though he gained admmission into the university through Remedial Studies.

Oracle99 kindly advice on what this person shd do. Some without english & maths are employed today but that person must have a God father or a letter of recommendation from top Nigerian Personality.

BusinessRe: Hotel Business In Nigeria: Choosing A Location by abioye(m): 4:09pm On Dec 01, 2006
Omoboy, The contribution made by Landers are good, but it depend on u where u want to set ur hotel. U have to think of the region, either in the North, South, East.
In major cities, they have good hotels. Setting up ur hotel in those states is good, but u need to compete with already existing hotels.

But if u want ur hotel to be an household name u need to think of a place like Kaduna where they do not have good hotels. Hamdala Hotel is not living to it's standard again.

I am into hotel set up. last year i was among the team that set up Ebonyi Hotels and Gracecourt Hotel both at Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, Adriel Hotels Kaduna. Yankari Game reserve in Bauchi is under renovation/reconstruction and we are given the management now.

U can contact me if u want us to handle the set up for u. kayfun4u2nv@yahoo.com
Jobs/VacanciesRe: Do U Have Age Problem? by abioye(m): 11:27am On Sep 02, 2006
Dear Nairaland, this topic is a crucial one. I am trapped in it too, because it has debar me from getting good job. i once applied to Oceanic Bank Plc. Before i was called to write the test, i met one of their top staff in Kaduna, He said i shd reduced my age because i used my real age. He further told me Okocha has a football age, and i shd have a working age too. Could u believe i was not given that job. My friend was given the job because he reduced his age.

I think the best thing our govenment shd do is to stop this age limit when one is seeking for job. It shd not be included on once CV. A young guy of 30 - 35 years can still put in another 20 - 25 years in that organization. If our president can still be in Office at his age, why then shd we not be employed at age 30 - 40 years.

We need to address this age issued in job hunting. But please dont go to the extent of doing what Saintsola said about fixing a birth certificate.

We pray age barrier shd be removed by all organization and employ those they want.

NYSCRe: NYSC: Is Kaduna A Good Place To Serve? by abioye(m): 12:52pm On Jul 05, 2006
Kaduna is called crocodile city, the heart of the North and developed. Kaduna is the capital of Northern State apart from Abuja.

I was born in Kaduna 35 yrs ago and did all my schooling there. Right from my Primary to university Leve. ABU, Zaria, and i'm working presently in Kaduna. Walelead, come to Kaduna for ur NYSC u will surely enjoy the town. If Kaduna is not good i would have relocated long time ago. My parents & my other brothers and sisters still live in Kaduna.

Shango is giving u a wrong perspective about Kaduna. Follow ur heart and do what ur heart tells u to do.

Jobs/VacanciesRe: The Need To Talk About Our Experiences In Tests And Interviews. by abioye(m): 9:19am On Jul 03, 2006
True talk Ashala. I quite agreed with what Ashala said. It will really help when we table our mistakes made during our past interviews & tests. people who are professionals in that field will surely help out by telling us posible answers for those questions, by this reason we will be prepared when such opportunities come around.

Let me put this question to the house.

When asked this question, Why do u want to join our bank? what will be your response. Your contributions are highly needed.

JuWon, I am a member of MFM and i am happy and proud to be a member. U will know if MFM is a church or not when you are attacked by enemies or you have an infirmity. U will be the one to suggest that they should take u to MFM for deliverance.

RomanceRe: Making Love With Your Man Friend In Your Matrimonial Bed by abioye(m): 3:38pm On Jun 29, 2006
I quite agreed with what Swan said. The best thing to do is to put your friend in prayers. There's no point telling the hubby, it will only aggravate their problems by breaking their marriage.

It is not good to put assunder in another man's marriage. (What God has joined together, let no man put assunder) U wont be a home breaker. But try to advice your riend and if she turned deaf hear to you, please kindly end your relationship with her, cause birds of the same feather flock together. She might start going out with your hubby too. angry
Jobs/VacanciesRe: When Is Oceanic Recruiting by abioye(m): 12:57pm On Jun 29, 2006
Rapnizzy, Oceanic Bank conducted their test in Kaduna on Monday, 19th June 2006 and the Oral Interview was conducted Thursday, 22nd June 2006. Only 32 candidate was succesful and with the information reaching me by one of their senior staff Kaduna Branch, that 30 will be picked from them since they have 5 New branches to be opened in Kaduna. Another test will be coming up since the 30 is not even enough.

I think it is done state by state or region by region. But put your ears to the nest region for the test. cool
