There is ongoing dualization of the teaching hospital road as we type. However Okorocha cannot do everything unless he's God. When you compare Orlu with its level of towns like Arochukwu, Nnewi and Afikpo you will appreciate Okorocha. Some capital cities like Awka are competing with it.
