Ovia is edo name oga. Means a child dedicated to ovia river. Others are oviabo, oviarobo, oviasi, oviasogie, oviasu, oviasun, oviasuyi, oviawe, ovien. If you want to know the meaning to those names in edo, i will give you.

Igbo and Edo share names at boundary communities just like Igbo and Annang /Ibibio or Igbo and Igala. Sometimes they may mean same or different things in both languages. Names like Ovia, Obasi and Onoja.

Rochas lacks administrative skills. What's the purpose of the so-called underground car park when he has ongoing projects scattered across Imo State?

If the opposition wins in 2019, Imo State will undoubtedly be home to the highest number of abandoned projects in Nigeria!

Imo has no serious opposition but online liars and their paid e-warriors pouring water on stone. Okorocha promised to complete all his projects before May 2019 and even embark on more. So it is left for Imolites to judge come next year if they want continuity or paradigm shift.

I like Daddy Freeze. He's a man of fearless truth. Blackpanther isn't so great that you would want to see again or buy for keeps. I've had very few movies I saw twice like one or two of Harry Potter movie series and some 007 movies.

That will definitely be CAMRip, anyone wey buy am don buy market.

I watched the clear version on the day of release. Downloaded online though it has been blocked. Most new releases appear online within first 5 hours but disappear after 24 hours because of anti-piracy sanction from CIA. If I was in Alaba I could make a clear netflix version and it is subtitled yet not CAMrip.

She's right. We African men are naturally polygamous but Western culture is making us to hypocritically stay monogamous. Deep in the heart of every true African man he knows that he bears the trait but considers it temptation.

When Joshua Dariye was Governor and tried the nonsense Ortom is doing now by fuelling war between Muslims and Christians, Obasanjo sacked him and replaced him with a no-nonsense soldier. Buhari should borrow a leaf and sack Ortom putting a mean soldier that will neither tolerate Herdsmen nor farmers.

He is no longer in PDP but is there for the sake of it. PFP made a mistake is underrating Hope Uzodinma who is the only man that they can field and win Governorship. With Hope now out it eill be an easy ride for Uche Nwosu as he gets Orlu block vote which will be twice more than all other parts of Imo combined.

Generations after generations trooping to other states in Nigeria for survival and daily bread just to send money back to their villages and build village houses is not recovery since the money didn't come from your towns and villages.

Talk about recovery when you are able to boost economic growth, create jobs, stop the outflow of labor/manpower to other places for survival, give your taxes to your own states in form of IGR to build quality infrastructures instead of giving it to other states to develop their states instead of yours.

The recovery is in the states you get the money from, not in your own states

The states you get the money from are the ones starting and completing more and quality projects than your own states and your states have the lowest IGR and state budgets in Nigeria and the meager IGR and budgets means your states are poor and there's little or no economic growth and strength.

When was the last time any of your states built and commissioned any grand and quality projects?

The best project executed by the best governor in the SE according to many of you was a substandard and poorly built flyover that's crumbling into pieces after 1 year of use and haven't even done anything significant since then.

I know it's a must for you people to beat chest needlessly, but facts and logic doesn't support your claims and chest beating.

Come talk about recovery when you're able to show us the economic growth, IGR strength and numbers and your healthy state budgets.

You still miss the point. Igbos recovered because we are trading expatriates and it involves dispersal to increase our distribution points. Remitting money back home is a very big boost to your community's economy and that is why even Igbos at home are doing well to an extent despite the orchestrated financial deprivation by the States through siting of power projects and seaports as well as cutting off oil producing communities into neighbouring States to prevent us from getting enough funds. Southeast IGR is low because the Governors know that attempt to impose heavy taxing will lead to total breakdown of law and order as it is against our culture. Igbos never bowed to or payed tribute to anyone before colonialism and Igbo women fought down taxation attempts by the colonial masters.

North using style to extend their rule to 2031 under Obasanjo's promise of equating South's 1999 to 2015. Buhari must complete his tenure so that Presidency will move South in 2023.

Posting stolen and random internet pictures of other people's houses is rubbish, government projects and infrastructures is what they call development in the real world, what the government is doing with your taxes and allocations....

In a way you've lent credence to the fact that recovery of Igboland was not by Government but by the people themselves. Before 1999 majority of schools and roads in Southeast were done through self help including the Owerri Airport among other big projects.

so u mean people attended their marriage while he was commissioner

ok , I will find out

https://www.pmnewsnigeria.com/2013/01/05/okorochas-daughter-marries-his-commissioner/

So you see there's no nepotism as he was already commissioner before marrying Okorocha's daughter. The haters want Okorocha to demote and impoverish him for falling inlove with and marrying his daughter.

If Obasanjo's son inlaw wants to contest for President and Obasanjo supports him, is it wrong? More precisely if Indimi decides to run for President, will his marriage to Aisha make him ineligible?
