Court cases have been dragging the pinnacle construction

So buhari tower is not even sure of funding
Actually they started the foundation in December it should be done by Christmas this year

Iam sorry but the foundation is already done
What is the progress of buhari tower smiley.
Sorry the Buhari tower is the wrong project, it will be a skyscraper but not taller than the pinnacle, the correct project is Africa tower, which is located next to mall of Nigeria i’m guessing that they’re trying to model it after the burj khalifa, with the mall next to it and a massive fountain square in front of it

Land acquired just trying to get funding, they will start the foundation in second to fourth quarter of 2020, and isn’t your pinnacle taking a bit too long, it took them five years to build the burn Khalifa, which is about two to three times taller than your pinnacle

In late 2016 they screeched up and down that Makoko was long demolished-but look! Still floating in all its creative architecture and original design off the 3rd Mainland Bridge! The difference between us and Naijjans is that we don't deny-we admit our failings and make an effort:which is why we're trying to build social housing.

So you want me to show you what we are doing for makoko slum here are some pictures for makoko and makoko will just become a wonderful area with solar power and the the water will be purified before it gets to their taps the plan should be aprroced this year and completed in 2023 and for ajegunle they just held an investment summit and attracted some real estate developers to build some high rises here are the pictures for makoko

Imagine in a Nigerian standards, this is not a slum area, But a city of 24million inhabitants called Lagos CBD, ~the world capital of poverty
To be fully honest you Kenyans should be ashamed of yourself that you have more slums and that your slums are larger than the ones in Lagos and the cbd you showed is the old one there are three new cbd’s In Lagos now in Ikoyi, Victoria island and Eko altlantic and in 2025 just wait for Ibeju Lekki to come around which will provide over 3 million housing units and two new cities deep seaport, help from the Chinese government and don’t even bother showing us makoko we already have a regeneration plan and it will be completed by 2026 by God’s graces and the last picture you showed was of okokomaiko I think well they’re gonna make that land into a massive museum, jetty, entertainment center and the rest into high rise apartments now tell me what are you doing to help kibera slum, eastleigh slum, mathare valley slum and the rest of them

Nigeria doesn't have skyscrapers only highrises
Dar es salaam has only 3 blue buildings
Stevoh18:
Only these buildings sums up Dar Es Salaam 5 over 30floors structures, actually the entire Nigeria doesn't have that number of over 30flrs
Continue showing us pictures of Cotonou and osun state and we will bombard with pictures of mathare valley, kibera and your eastleigh slum
Here are some pictures of the following area all in Nairobi grin
