There is an abrakadabra in the staircase, one will serve the purpose according to the elevation. Perhaps, the architect wants you to pay complete before he give you the main design, architect experience a lot from clients . Meanwhile, if you need electric fence-wire or barb wire, you can contact me. Check my signature for previous work and contact details. More fund to your pockek for your project nannymcphee: Thanks for your response. I really appreciate
Your dividers are lovely
This is the ground floor plan. I havent spoken with the architect to explain the staircase, I myself dont understand the staircase direction or why two. I made only initial deposit so he only released the two attached pics, so I havent seen the 1st floor plan
Is there a way to have an open staircase, rather than this closed one? |

Thank you sir for your concern. We keep learning everyday. n3xt: This is another B2B abi B2C logistics/supply management issue and something I mentioned last week.
Having a business is never enough in Nigeria, you need to also learn all the intricacies. Unfortunately government ain’t doing well enough in protecting her citizens. They’re only interested in milking Nigerians without providing any value in return. I don’t think it’ll cost CAC anything huge to provide every business owners an handbook on this (digital or otherwise). Today, anyone with a mobile phone and an account on Jiji is a businessman.
Thank God you didn’t run into the hand of kidnappers. It’s tough doing online business with unverified contacts. You need to do a lot more to protect yourself and whatever happen in between
Again, this is one area we aren’t getting it right in Nigeria.
Consumer Protection = 0 Suppliers right = 0
We need better legislation on electronic communications and transactions that protect consumers/suppliers alike and also ensure that a proper process is followed by suppliers and purchasers when goods are bought, transactions are cancelled and items returned.
It’s not enough to be firing missiles after every failed transactions. We need to learn and understand how to protect ourselves.
For consumers/purchasers, before purchasing any expensive/cheap/fragile item online, or something that you are a bit unsure about, make sure that you familiarise yourself with the supplier’s terms and conditions and refund policy before making your purchase.
Don’t always be in a rush!
For suppliers, not all that glitters are gold in a faceless world. I’ve been engaged to build 2 house by a man who have just N3.5m in his account. Guess what, he drives a N50m car. Thank God, I wasn’t gullible to deliver all the materials used for the project to the Client’s site. I made arrangement to drop the materials at a location near the site. I also made the customer understand that I reserve the right of disposal of the goods until certain conditions are fulfilled. I didn’t waste time to sell off the materials when the agreement was breached.
For suppliers, always exercise lien and retain possession of the goods, until full payment of the agreed price.
Do everything and anything you can to protect yourself and your business! |

Good morning sir... The Y-angle iron is better to be installed when the coping(fence cover) is going on, the installer can also lay it but it would require breaking of the coping which may leads to minor crack if the block is not strong enough. Estimate of materials and installation: 100ft by 60ft(97.5 meter) A roll of concertina is 15meter(factory packed) 97.5meter÷15meter=7, therefore, you will need 7 rolls of the concertina. 1 roll is #12,000; #12,000×7=#84,000 You will also need 36 Y-angle iron(#300×36=#10,800) Installation; #15,000 Total cost: #109,000. MrOkenwa: Hi Sir, I want to install concertina on my fence. The land size is 100 by 60. Please, at what stage would the plates be installed? Is it when the guys doing the artworks are working on the fence or they would be laid by the installer? Also, what would be the estimate for the materials and cost of installation, if you'll be handling the job (on a tight budget) ? Site is in Abeokuta. |

I sent him messages both SMS and WhatsApp, I tried call him several times his number was off.I will also confirm from my bank. Thanks for your input sir, God bless you. n3xt: Send txt message notifying him that you haven’t received the fund. Also confirm from your bank that the transaction wasn’t successful. I noticed recently that some transactions do get reversed. So anything is possible.
Pastor may be in the upper room. Just give him some time but do the needful. |

Thanks for your input sir. It was raining that very day and everywhere was flooded, he called me to wait at the junction to get the stuff so I couldn't get to the site. lastpage: You know where you delivered the product, you have proof of delivery, you have proof that he sent an "Audio Money" to your Account. With all the above, you can make a report at the nearest Police Station and insitutte a case of Financial fraud. Just try and locate the man himself first, get a Picture of him, using subtle tactics.
If you dont get action from the local Police Stattion, head to SFU Ikoyi or the nearest EFCC Office and make a complaint. But if you think it is not worth the trouble and your time, then like you said, it is "gone just like that".

Good day to you all, hope you are all fine today. To all artisan and product seller here, we should all be careful and be extra vigilant on how we transact with unknown customers/client. I experienced another way of scaming two days ago! , I got a call from an unknown man through , we agreed on price and he ask me to bring the materials to one address around ikorodu igbogbo area. To cut the long story short, I delivered the materials, and he ask for my acct number and the app displayed my name and I saw "successful", I have to leave since he is acting like a pastor and it raining heavily that day(he even used bible as his dp). Till now I didn't see any alert from him an his contact has been off since mknday . #950×50=#47,500 gone just like that! Where are we going in this country!

Perfectly OK, provided an engineer is involved. Its just a skeletal construction, column and beam are the ones bearing 90% of the load. davodyguy: Saw this construction
They started the piling immediately after the lockdown in May and now roofing.
After the piling and ground slab, instead of setting blocks, they did columns and beams, decked, moved to the upper floor, no setting of blocks, just columns and beams, now about to roof.
Is this really okay? |

1. Make the 3rd bedroom cross vent by putting a window opened to the kitchen balcony 2. The visitor toilet door, why not positioned the door inside. 3. Tell your architect to work on the lobby/passage, its too long, it will make you have a darkness in the daytime within the building. My opinion. nannymcphee: Please, kindly help criticize this plan. suggestions and corrections are welcome |

Valid! But that doesn't mean you should not come and razor wire(barb wire) or electric fence-wire o rotecch77: My brother there are many materials used as bulletproof/ bullet resistance The best and old materials is KEVLER its a synthetic fiber materials. And others like acrylic, polycarbonate, steel (of high thickness) and Africa locally made “ayeeta” don't ask me this oo
So not only steel can used as bulletproof materials But the best bulletproof is ALMIGHTY GOD PROTECTION
