Yyeske:
Why do you guys like telling lies like this? I know the quit notice was out of place but please tell us where they mentioned genocide, it was IPOB and radio Biafra that started the talk of genocide.
Why are you guys not talking about the genocide Nnamdi kanu asked you to commit when he asked for the killing of hausas and yorubas or was that right?
arguing with you is pointless because it's your full time job at the BMC, so go and argue the United Nations body that called for their arrest over a call for genocide.
PoliticsRe: Biafra: Crisis Looms In Igbo Land by abouzaid: 6:19am On Sep 02, 2017
Nwodosis:
That Kaduna " Igbo Quit Notice" declaration was an own goal to the crusaders of One Nigeria.
they failed to draw the line between a call for self determination and a call for genocide. another own goal was the 97% Vs 5% speech by buhari. that's the biggest hate speech in modern Nigeria.

Peace never reigns.
it does among Nigeria's 1960 mates who are now developed while leaving Nigeria behind. in Nigeria, things only gets worse and never better, compare the national poverty rate today to two years ago.

Even at that we should have separated after 1960 and not declare a republic in 1963, it doesn't matter what Luggard did, you had the chance to right the so called wrong, especially given the oft repeated claim by you guys of your animosity with Hausa Pre 1960
even Buhari divorced his first wife when the union is no longer feasible due to lack of love. this country should be split for peace to reign.

Out of 15 NNPC new Managers appointed yesterday , none from the South East, 2 from the oil producing states south south, 3 from tinubu house, South west (wetin concern me) and 10 from those who brings nothing to the table, the north. Buhari is the problem.

This is 97% vs 5%

More agitation loading. Buhari can never build Nigeria like this. He is the red line crosser personified.

PoliticsRe: Biafra: Northern Elders Demand Nnamdi Kanu’s Head by abouzaid: 10:14am On Sep 01, 2017
what about the arewa youths that even the United Nations have called for their arrest? do they think that arresting Nnamdi Kanu would end the agitation for Biafra? the north is shouting themselves hoarse when we have not come for them, after anambra, we would settle with them in 2019.
PoliticsRe: It Will Be A Tragic Mistake To Rearrest Kanu – Fmr Gov, Col. Abubakar Umar by abouzaid: 9:06pm On Aug 30, 2017
Kazim88:
North does not have any power or advantage... it's just an illusion sold by the SouthWest bought by the North.

The North is highly disadvantaged... in education, health care, job and investment.

while south west has the most upper hand.

The North are actually confused... they keep hearing accusations of benefiting from one Nigeria but they are not seeing any tangible results in terms of standard of living.

All the money still find their way to the south. especially South West.

South West always welcome the Igbos yet encourage the North to chase them out..

Even Buhari Presidency created more Hunger in the North.

North biggest mistake was to believe they are on top but, and started acting as if they they own Nigeria but they are actually below and don't actually own anything.

Even the military they keep using to threatening is not theirs... and Nigeria Army can't openly get involved in tribal or regional conflict. they would be sanctioned.

North only political strategy is violence... and threats.. which is weakness, crude and would lead Northern politicians to ICC Hague.. like the case of Arewa Youths...

So if you call threaten genocide on the Igbos in the North or Buhari rolling out tanks and fighter jet as political strategy... then the North should go learn from Obasanjo...
i gave you a like for a good effort even though I don't agree with you, your seeing things from the view of the the northern masses rather than from their elites. they have more states and therefore collect more money in allocations even though they contribute little, they dominate Federal jobs, the Armed Forces and political offices despite their poor education, they threaten everybody into submission with the forces. their traditional rulers live in unrivalled opulence. in the name of quota system, they can secure a university position in home town with lesser mark than you, the northern masses are too ignorant to think for themselves but would rather have those elites do their thinking for them and use the masses as killing machines. it's these elites that would never give up their powers through restructuring, people like buhari, dambazzu, Kari, the current Attorney General, the sultan and emirs etc. you should also read the speeches of their founding fathers like ahmadu bello. these men were extremely rich while their people wallow in poverty too like the current northern elites.
PoliticsRe: It Will Be A Tragic Mistake To Rearrest Kanu – Fmr Gov, Col. Abubakar Umar by abouzaid: 8:22pm On Aug 30, 2017
Aegon:
The best way to defeat Kanu is by winning over his followers. If you give Igbos a superior reason to believe in Nigeria then Kanu and co will just fade away. What do the Igbo want?

1 An abolition of Quota system and affirmative action currently enjoyed by the Fulani.
2 The system of privileges entrenched by quota system which has made the north docile and less competitive in the resource value chain.
3 Fair and equitable distribution of resources by nationally agreed and negotiated indices.
4 Governments sincerity in protecting the lives and property of all Nigerians regardless of place of origin, religion or political views.

I think we can start from here to renegotiate our very fragile union and stop strong arming dissenting voices in a democracy.
it's not possible for the north to give up it's power, it can never happen, they must approach everything with brute force to maintain their hegemony. I'm just been realistic.

that's Lauretta Onochie, buhari's special assistant on social media and head of the Buhari media centre (BMC) utako, Abuja. she's just doing her job.
PoliticsRe: Nnamdi Kanu & His Father Meet With South-East Governors In Enugu by abouzaid: 5:10pm On Aug 30, 2017
if Nnamdi Kanu calls off the election boycott, not only would he lose all relevance and trust from the masses, the election would still fail because most of his followers would still not vote, the governors would not hesitate to dump him once he loses relevance and buhari would not hesitate to lock him up for good then. it's Biafra or death, no retreat, no surrender.
PoliticsRe: Breaking! Police Shoot Ipob Members Selling Biafran Flag In P/h, Arrest Many Now by abouzaid: 5:15pm On Aug 29, 2017
the Nigerian police would always worsen every situation with their unnecessary display of violence and then run when it becomes too hot for them to handle, they did it with both ombatse and Boko Haram among others, what would they gain from arresting those traders? or do they think the present clamour for Biafra would end with the arrest of five traders? we've all read here how they have been losing court cases to ipob members in River state, yet they won't apply common sense until it becomes too late.

You Buharist are all just so shallow minded , how does chasing out paying guest help to retrieve backlog of what I am sure is even estimated taxes ..Smarter people will instead allow the hotel to keep running and prosecute the directors .Are you aware that the hotel has lost some of those customers forever and might not even recover after such bad publicity

I should be the one telling you this. The earlier you start channeling your energy into something meaningful because Biafra is unachievable. You people should stop bragging in vain because one million US jury won't confiscate Willie property in the States. You said more than against Gen. Buratai only for him to come back home with many international award.
Kanu's hate speeches are all over the Web which is more than enough to nail him back and front.

Any update about the town hall meeting with the POTUS?
after the Hausa Vs Yoruba clash at ife, only Yorubas were arrested including an Obama, they're still unjustly detained till today, plus many other problems affecting the Yorubas but you hardly see them agitate or discuss their problems rather they would be moving from one igbo thread to another spewing hatred over what is not their Concern. a famous philosopher said that " an unexamined life is not worth living " concentrate your efforts on what would be of benefit to you rather than getting involved in what is no concern of yours.
