ffk should know that the northern cabal rather than osibanjo is the real presidency, osibanjo can't control the heads of dss,efcc,police,the customs and the army. these cabal of men are the top echelon of the government now. they wield more power than osibanjo which is why both osibanjo and tinubu can't openly clamour for the restructuring of the country along regional lines. they can't even speak in support of their ile ife kinsmen currently languishing in police detention.

as the may 30th sit at home order approaches, i have noticed that the apc government have resorted to new lines of propaganda which equate the call for a sit at home order to be the equivalent of ipob threatening people not to come out that day, the soldiers drafted to onitsha even went to the onitsha main market to tell traders not to obey the order but the embittered traders just ignored them, the apc have also started equating the call for a referendum to mean a call for a second civil war which is a very dumb line of propaganda, the third line of propaganda is to claim that it's only a small percentage of biafrans that want secession making you wonder if been stupid is a prerequisite to be an apc member. they should leave propaganda and face governance.

please, i have gone through most ican related threads on nairaland and they're either a few years old or are geared towards answering a particular question.I'm therefore launching this thread as a master thread that would have all the questions and answers in a common and current manner. to begin with
(1)how can someone with only an o level result become a chartered accountant
(2)how can someone with an HND or university degree in a non accounting field become a chartered accountant
(3) how can someone with a degree or HND in accountancy become a chartered accountant.
