But i told you this already.

Not to brag but i still chopped more after that, totalling around 400 all together.

I didn't start with a huge capital though, but i got lucky because i bought tesla in march, which increased my portfolio tremendously.

Yeah i put d returns into some growth and dividend stocks for defense.

My style is completely different from what u see in that thread .

Absolutely.
They seem to have been well rooted in the game I think based on their early beginning of lending text books.
But Why is the stocks is going downward spiral
InvestmentRe: Us Stocks Pick Alert by abraolas1: 2:29pm On Aug 12, 2020
Nigsrdumb:
Yes, you plan the trade ahead before the market opens.

Your entries and exits, preferably split your capital into two, to average down just incase it drops further.

Only take the first and second pull backs, third signifies a downward trend but not always the case .

Sell within the first 30 minutes.

If the trade goes bad cut your losses quickly at a pre determined price.

My trvn trade
don't know if bamboo has all this features?

I don't know how you guys make money buying baba and those other expensive stock's. Even at an entry of 199 , still small.

I read someone lost money on trvn, do they not read charts.

Trvn entry should be 2.22 or don't take the trade. Simple

I pray Trump wins November elections because stocks will go ballistic.

Meanwhile, for those wanting to rush into $JMIA, $TSLA, $AAPL my advice is you slow down and allow mr market do its work in correcting their overvalued prices.

Good morning.
I was thinking of doing JIJO with TSLA this morning..... or hold on the long time..... Good News about battery Day next Month, earning day very soon will push the stock price up ..... still skeptical about the it perhaps will have to Calm Down.

@oakpearl, i like the way you record your trade to track performance. However, is it not stressful for you having to be writing every trade manually when you can use excel.

I will advice you develop a model that automates the recording with very very minimal input.

Let me know if you need help on this as i am ready to share the one i develop for myself.

just pay me shikini money... grin kidding bro.
will appreciate if you can share.... thanks

Little tips for you

- Closing trades randomly or based on
money (P/L) is not ideal, use the charts
instead.
- Register the performance for a set
of rules for later self-reflection and
analysis.
- Focus and practice what you are good
at.
- Be selective and quick when trading
promotions.
- Refusing to cut losses, leads to BIG
losses.
- The 5 factors that lead to success:
1 ) Use the right broker for your strategy
needs.
2) Focus on liquid/volatile markets:
more meaningful returns.
3) Identify and focus on your niche
(whatever feels comfortable).
4) Don't believe the hype
(fundamentals), trust the chart.
5) Cut your losses the smart way, don't
use arbitrary levels or numbers, use
your charts.
- Market scanners can be very useful
tools.

Issue is you need not call 95% of driver here Vampires, that means you r in a business whose ideas you fully do not understand. I was taught to always make the best out of the bad. Check ur own attitudes too, the very wrong person you see out there can be the best of use to you only if you have the wisdom to manage such a person. So to pull all drivers here together as bad is wrong (though its ur opinion), God who answered you will definitely answer them at the appropriate time.

Learn to manage what you have with wisdom and do not pull down!.

This is for JPWorld
OK i understand your Point Now

Thanks

My brother if driver fail to remit once, vehicle will be retrieve immediately.

Of course i need drivers, i cannot drive all the cars myself.

Drivers here advise fellow drivers, about good rental price, vehicle suitable 4 uber. Not to post their earnings anymore on this platform, so owners will not increase their rent.

And I'm here advising fellow car owners, my weekly rental is 27k @ the moment. And if church open i might increase it, after test driving it for 1 week and see what the market looks like.

During lockdown, drivers where requesting 15/20k weekly i parked all the cars, is the same drivers that keep calling, they can now remit 25/27k, and i went for 27k.

Did i do anything wrong?
you did absolutely no wrong .....it just show you are a business man... if they can deliver why not.... your car your decision..... I think those castigating you are just too emotional about it the difference to what people suggest here for delivery is just 2k... so I don't see any issues here

OvaSabi1:
Step 1. Decide what you want out of the stock market. Do you want to be a day trader or a long term investor? Please take note that the glamour of day trading is enticing but it has been proven many times that day traders make less returns than long term investors.
2. What kind of risk are you willing to take? Remember that high risks mean higher gains or losses. How do you determine risky stocks? I use fundamental analysis. A company with a high Beta, high debts and negative EPS are some of the metrics I use to measure risk. I also compare quarterly returns, search for earnings call days and set an alarm on my calendar. For example, I have a covid stock $OSUR that I intend to offload today due to their unfavourable earnings. Also, they deviated from their Covid-19 testing plan. This is even one of the reasons I am selling it. Please, look at a company's 1, 2, 3, 7, 10 year stock gains before buying it.
3. You have to download Yahoo Finance, search for "Dave Ramsey on stocks" on YouTube and watch everything he has to say about stocks. Use these websites: The Mortely Fool, Market Watch and Globe News Wire have provided great analysis. Find the Twitter pages of the single stocks you want to buy. Not just this, search for hashtags of the "ticker" of this company. Open an account with Reddit and follow these sub reddits: investing, wall street bets, penny stocks and stocks. If you can understand what he says, follow Jim Cramer. But he flip flops, just get the information you want out of all the jargon.
4. Be a disciplined person. Don't be easily swayed by people claiming to be making extraordinary returns. My target is to make above the rate of inflation and some change. If I exceed this target, it is a bonus I am grateful for. I am happy for anyone who makes far above me, it is not a competition because we're all trying to survive. Never ever feel like you have missed out on any opportunity when you hear people celebrating their gains in a particular stock. Another opportunity will arise.
5. Stay away from derivatives for now. Stuff like options, short selling, futures etc are highly speculative and are akin to gambling.
6. Do not be tempted to place all of your savings into a single stock or into the stock market. Always have an emergency fund that you can access from your atm machine. On a day that you don't expect, your car will break down, you will fall sick and your grandma in the village will swallow razor blade. Withdrawal from the stock market will erase all your gains for that year.
one of the Best Advice I have received so far as a newbie too..... thanks and God bless you real Good for this

Kindly go through this two links

Boss in the House can also help you out

but take note of this

A bond ladder can be as long or as short as you want. Short and long being used here to refer to maturity dates. To build your ladder, let us assume that you have N600,000 to invest. You can invest N50,000 in each rung. You can put N50,000 in of the 12 2-Year maturity FGN Savings bond in the market, if you need as much as that. By next year, as they begin to mature, you invest the proceed from each maturity into the next available and newly issued bond. If interest rate is up when the new issue occurs, you get part of the increased interest rate which helps increase your overall portfolio returns. If unfortunately interest is down when the new issued is offered, you benefit from paying relatively less for the bonds and having your portfolio insulated from the effect of the low rate by the higher rate bond already in your portfolio’s bond ladder.
