Theconglomerate: Again, not my business. I was talking commercial and you are talking residential. Who buys a 100m+ duplex for rent reasons? How much you want rent am out and who want pay you the amount you are willing to rent it for? I was talking 45m properties that can easily net 3-3.5m annual income. So 100m+ properties are not good for this purpose. Get the point and don't argue blindly. it was a nice conversation and educative until I read the part "Get the Point and don't argue Blindly " I can't tell you what to write but then that last word was not necessary...like I do say here... a lot of young folks are here to learn so let's try to accommodate other people views and opinion. Thanks for the Expository views though |

tracyorez: Hi,i like going through this thread without commenting because i have really gained alot. The percentage of persons likely to succed with this your approach is very slim compared to what we have learnt here and if atall the few do succeed, they dont usually sustain it like the real investors.i will give you an example,my hubby bought a clean 2012 camry last year from a desperate guy for 1.5m who climbed to the top through the route you mentioned because he needed to feed and as i am writing this now, everything in his flamboyant appartment have been sold and his current whereabout unknown. Note*I am less than 30. With the advice i got from here i started tbills in 2017 with about 2.1m and i was able to compound it to 5.3m as at dec last year. As i am writing now i have additional 920k cash not the ones i have used to buy gold and some few new wardrope waiting to add to it once it expires and also re-invest. So imagine if i stumbled on this thread like 10 years ago. Please be wise. Wow....I love this Well i just Start few Months ago and i must say i am blessed to have wonderful folks on this thread |

Focusingmore: There's no insult.
Are Nigerian women social welfare parasites in Ireland .
Answer is yes
Do Nigerians hold high positions in d wider job market in Ireland
Answer is no
Is Ireland a limiting country were you are just comfortable
Answer is yes
Is calling someone out on their bs fable stories about a country, "nonesense" a bad thing
Answer is no
I'm out, believe what you will Good Just the same way some people thinks Nigeria is a Shithole Country and some People are cashing out Big time ....as analyse by Oga Ahib infact he had to come here to debunk a view about him against anyone travelling abroad just this Morning. My Point is that we cant reason and experience things the same and we will always have different PERSPECTIVE to issues and my being here is to Learn from folks like you to not see you engage in i am Right kind of argument. thanks |
