Hi OP,

Ireland truly has a vibrant and progressive economy but immigration laws for family are rather not so friendly. Though language is very important but the most important factor to consider is the immigration policies.

I would suggest you consider other EU countries with better immigration laws and good social system. If I would make recommendations I would suggest Sweden sometimes considered the capital of Scandinavia.

The immigration laws in Sweden seem to be one the best among the European nations. She had the second highest number of immigrant during the Arab crisis in 2015. Today almost 30% of the population are Arab and Africans.

The process to becoming permanent resident is still so friendly. The business route seem to be the very best route as it takes 2 years to get a PR, while work permit route takes 4 years and lastly marriage takes 3 years.

Now let's take a more detailed look at the some of the immigration policies. Relocating your family on a student visa is so easy either through a bachelor's, Master's or PhD cycle. Now here is the catch, whoever is the dependent applicant can study in Sweden for free. You also get paid monthly for each child and your children go to school for free. My preferred Long Term Stocks : These are actually the consistent dividend paying stocks.
If entry is timed right these could be considered:
Most of the big cap stocks....... Nestlé, MTN, SEPLAT, OKOMU, PRESCO, DANGCEM, Airtel, BUA, etc ........and also: VITAFOAM, CAP Plc, Custodian, UCAP, Conoil, NEM, JB, Learn Africa, GSK, M&B, Fidson, Dangsugar, Wapco, UACN, APR, FMN.........

The Tier 1 banks (F.U.G.A.Z & Stanbic) fits into Short, medium and long term, depending on the periods in view, your investment objectives and your personality (culled this out from one of Oga Wanaj0's posts).
Tier 2 Banks fits more into short and medium, also fits into long term anyway....

Short Term :
Other banks, some insurance stocks, JP, HW, TRANSCORP, Livestock.......... remember some could also fit into long term.

Actually the list is not exhaustive and not cast in stone. Also bear in mind that regular review of each stock is very important to know if they're still performing up to expectations.

This is my opinion.........

My dear, Nobody wants to keep a commodity for sale for too long, i bought and imported this car myself and i know how much i spent in buying alone(since its clean title) talk more of trucking, shipping, clearing and other logistics.. so you see its not my fault! And as for the 09 Corolla you said it can be gotin for 2.8m, please not anymore. Please make a current market research to update yourself for proper guidance.
