Anyone who buys Zenithbank at current prices is SURE to get a 9-10% dividend return in April (and as side bonus, some capital appreciation too )

However Zenith may drop in Jan/Feb (not so likely; but it is possible, hence anyone buying then may get a higher dividend yield then)
But a 9-10% return in less than 6 months is not such a bad idea if you ask me

I don't know if you can advice on how to get materials expecially the woods cos I have resulted to get things myself with some help of professionals though just to supply to site and pay for the labour

The answer is yes, if you buy now, you are qualify for Zenith bank dividend, even next year before their qualification date. Remember q4 have not been concluded, it come to final on 31st December. And the quoted company have 90 days timeframe to release their result, that is up to March ending.

It will be more better if you will wait and observe the market and recession presence before entering into the market at this point in time.

First Bank has poor dividend payout %, that's why I said leave it.

You can make a cool 10% by March if you buy zenith at N24.50 now.
(not that I am saying you should O, because that stock will definitely fall before or by march)

Let me tell you one secret, if you contract the roofing job to the "engineers/or whatever name they are called", they will be buying the wood batch by batch until the work is completed. They don't buy them once because they would not want it to remain. But when its you buying, they would force you to go and pack the whole timber market and drop for them. Then they will be wasting it any how.

But why are people like this...... later we will all be blaming the Govt... when we ourselves are not treating each other very well.... thank God for your post.... Have been having headache regarding roofing cos of the Amount folks are qouting as of someone is Working NNPC
