I'm currently working on a project for a client here. I was done with design since February 2021. We made payment for approval since February or March. We even settled my contact in the civil service with whooping N200k and some other payments that do not have records.

The most interesting part is that this client who's well connected still call me to say "Thank you" for an uncompleted job and he was still showing empathy for the stress the ministry are making me to go through over the job.

We talk as brothers. He wasn't mad at me because of issues I have no control over.

When he decided to prevail on the matter with his connection, even the most dread officers in Lagos State Tax Office and Ministry of Physical Planning delivered what was taking over 5 months to address in less than 4 hours.

I think he value his mental health and do all he can to prevent avoidable heartache.

The kickback is not necessarily an increase in cost but that there’ll be no corresponding increase in service. We’re enjoying relatively low utility costs in Nigeria.

She gave me a measurement saying she wants 7ft by 3ft. I deducted 3" from the measurements for the plastering. How on earth is this fraud? Go anywhere, this is the industrial standard. It has been discussed extensively here. She's quick to bring screenshots here. Do you know what she has said to me over the phone and how she has insulted me. Even a slave deserve a better treatment

QS Femi, don't get me wrong. There are some that are specialise in MEP boq. But these days MEP consultant does most of the bill immediately after their design

I know Mar&mor very well. We have other big contractions firm also, Kenol, Mabbsa (now Mabstar), Dayson, Etco, Lambert etc and the consultants KOA, CA consultant, OJ&T consultant, MEE consultant, Molecular consultant
