I plan to build a mini estate with like 1 and 2 bedroom detached flats instead of being in the form of apartments or terraces.

I cherish privacy which makes me believe there are people with same taste but can't build at a go.

How viable is this?

Please I need your help and advice both professionally and by experience.

I recently did a 40ft tank stand for a client and there are going to be six(6) 750 gallons. The issue is that the plumber said the client should buy a pumping machine after buying a sumo.

So my question is,is that necessary. Isn't the sumo enough to pump water to the tanks and then gravity will bring it down. The plumber is saying that the sumo can't do that job effectively and should be supported by a pumping machine.

Thanks for the suggestion but they can actually wee on the rug n it will smell badly. I don't think carpets last long as they tear easily

That's correct because majority of all these things are not manufactured here.To get the spare parts lasan......
Also one of the things I do as MEP consultant is to design system in a way that will make the system to be easily maintained.

please plumber just gave me this estimate for a 2 bedroom flat all en suite with one visitors toilet hot and cold..... I am shocked as I have read it doesn't cost this much and its in Benin not even Lagos or abuja and the labour cost is not included he indicted for cracking ,piping and to the septic tank...and indicated labour 50k

I cannot forget what one omo onile said to a Baale during an encounter in one of my site few years back. He said “If not that there are no elderly people in the family, would someone like you become a Baale? I will slap you Brother Waheedi.”

On hearing this, I quickly succumb to their pressure and pay them their N2m jejely.

We did a sample survey around my area, I was told that it's the rock formation, because those who also did well also get the same water

Please, kindly help me out. I drilled my borehole on the 8th of August, after all the flushing and installation, my water is yet to clean. I called the engineer, he said maybe the gravel packing was poor and groundwater is zipping into the hole. Please, any remedy? Have added chlorine, alum, caustic soda, yet no changes
