Nice but for the kitchen after relocating the door as you have indicated what pattern of cabinet arrangement do you propose? I feel that original door location is ok, it allows L shaped cabinet arrangement which is recommended, then no door for the loby let there be an opening with arc above to throw in soft light there, and allow users see if someone is coming out from the kitchen avoiding collision during movement, they can put a curtain there for privacy. its a 2 storey floors of 5 bedroom with 4 toilets but some toilets experiences low water flow especally the first floors. the inward water supply PPR pipes used for water supply into the building is 0.5 inches.

I need headsup to enable me make an informed decision

Was on site to see for myself, it was an eyesore.

Most of the plumbing pipes are blocked and unusable.

Some broken (Both electrical and plumbing pipes)

The plumbing engineer is left with no choice than to re-pipe some places.

Alot of other issues here and there.

Let me sort what's sortable first before anything else.

I’m not demeaning any profession. I’m only stating the obvious.

We just talked about Cocoa House few weeks back. It’s still standing after many years. The same applies to NECOM building and many other solid structures built several decades ago.

There were no shortcuts back then. No copy and paste. No templates.
Today, Autocad training is less than 15k within 3 weeks. I know how long it take to produce just one drawing in the 80s.

Solid foundations were built in the time past and not all the theatrics we do these days.
People respect standards and follow building codes to the letter.

That’s why it’s very difficult to see monumental structures like the National Theatre, Iganmu and the likes. What we see today are slap and fix structures covered with cheap claddings.

What we see today are just cheap stuffs! Check the railway stations built decades ago and compare with what we’re seeing today.
I know the difference because I grew up while most of these structures were built.

Check out our institutions and see the quality of constructions happening today and compare it with what was built several years ago.
