The smaller ones are 1500W while the 100L and 120L are 2000W

For the 100Litres to 120Litres the power rating is just 2000W;
Using Ohms law P = IV,
and I = P/V,

Current rating is just I = 2000/220 approximately 9.1A

and they are single phase. With with your 4KW generator you are okay.

In terms energy conservation, it's nice, but the disadvantage is the energy loss at the distribution line, the farthest toilet experiences low heat this is well pronounced if the heater is not well positioned or centralized, those that are closer to heater perform optimally,

No, 2nr of 2Hp sized AC is the most adequate, widen the closet entrance door to have maximum conditioned air

Sorry to mention I was talking about two different sites. One at designing the other at decking stage but it's the same architect. He only gave me the architectural and structural drawings with seal. He's a licensed guy. But we intend using flat roof for the decking building I'm seeing a lot of negative comments on flat roofing. And the architect said we should use hollow Blocks what's the difference between using hollow block and normal blind blocks?
What's the use of mechanical drawings I'm not familiar with it.
