How much are you selling a plot?

Research up and coming areas. Buy the land cheap, keep for long term, say 8 - 10 years and sell.

For instance, some areas close to Lekki 2 are being sold cheap for 500,000 and less. (NOT LEKKI 2, BUT CLOSE TO)
Buy and wait for the proposed bridge from EPE to Lekki. Sell when you think you have made enough profit.

If 500,000 naira is too expensive, go further away from Lekki 2 and land will be cheaper.

I read Lawyer's thread and it states, I need the following:-

a) Survey plan
b) Structural drawing
c) Tax clearance
d) Legal fees
e) Purchase receipt.

My questions are:

How much is it to have a new survey plan?

How much is it to have a structural or architect's drawing of what I want to build on the land?

Can I use the Tax clearance issued by Niger State, which will expire this year?

Can I use an architect's drawing of another property, since I will be selling anyway?
