If it’s a business ... faithful in little is faithful in much .... lousy in little is lousy in much too ... no second chances sir Thank you |

She left voluntary and disrespected you by not explaining to you why she left
Let her come and put up a resignation letter and reply
From there, when next she comes, you let her know that you have gotten someone. Thank you |

slam7000: Did you shout at her? Did you fling papers at her? If you did, that was wrong and you need to work on yourself. You might fling the papers at the wrong employee. If you did that, you are far from being a disciplined person let alone a disciplined employer.
Only bullies do that. Your secretary might be scared of you, however holding onto your key was a bit strange. I’d change the locks and if I was her, I wouldn’t come back. If I was you, I wouldn’t take her back....for your own safety and her sanity. Heard. Thank |

LabDNA: I disagree, if you really are, you'll not be here asking stupid and suspicious question.
I am an employer of labour, but I'd rather my offices locked up with my keys safely in my pocket than have workers as dishonest as the lady you are talking about therein.
There is more to this story and it is clear you are emotionally attached to that lady. You are mixing business with pleasure and it will break your neck someday.
If the subject had been a guy, this thread wouldn't exist. So check yourself before you break yourself. The truth, but nothing |

czarina: Nah, there are people who say that and actually leave it at that.
Op, may be one. But then not everyone knows not to overstep their boundaries (staff), so before you know, see finish go enter.
Better just keep the relationship as formal as possible. But be approachable as possible while at it. I am a nice and approachable employer. Infact, I don't boss any of my staff. We relate very well. The last secretary worked for over 2 years before she left for further studies |

czarina: Did you or did you not fling the document at her? It didn't have to "touch" her.
The disrespect behind the act was what made her quit. There are better ways to pass your message, not throwing temper tantrums on your staff.
Again, work on your temper! Then, consider setting boundaries. But work on your temper first. Not everyone has the patience for nonsense.
My advice;
You can let her come back on the condition that you work on your temper, let her know your expectations, then set boundaries.
You can choose not to re-employ her but work on your temper.
I've worked with bad-tempered bosses in the past, staff no dey last. And it's bad for business. Work on your temper, blabla. Who holy pass? Your comments on this thread portray you as a very tempered personality. I smell it |

czarina: You flung a document at her? Why is no one talking about that part? I pity your next secretary. Go and work on your temper, she's your secretary not your "maid". Ask of what led to it! I had a tender to submit that morning and before I got to office, I gave her a task to make some photocopies. I came back to meet she only made one and I told her to go make the other. She went to the business center (my copier had a problem) and came back without making the copies. She was telling me that the document on the already bound tender document was same thing as the other one. She kept arguing and at this time, time was almost up for the submission. I now opened the document, shew it to her and in that process I discovered that other vital documents removed from the bound copy. I flared and flinged the document. The document did not touch her, madam. Same thing you could have done even to your husband |

conscienceman4: Tell her to come to the office and make sure she resign properly. Then, walk her out of your office. I hope you have changed your key. Official matters should be handled officially. Lay a good business foundation that even your relations cannot toy with. Thank you for this professional and tactful advice |

My fellow employers in the house, I crave your indulgences to be guided on this issue, thus: I employed a lady as my secretary. She had worked for about 3 months before she failed to resume work on a particular day and all my phone calls to her were not answered by her. After a few days, a friend that brought and guaranteed her employment with my firm called me that the girl said I shouted at her and flinged a document towards her, as a result of which she left.
The following day, I called the girl, this time around she picked, albeit reluctantly and I told her that since she has refused to show up at work, she should return the office key which was with her. A few days later, I did not know when she sneaked into the complex and gave the key to my neighbour, which he delivered to me.
I subsequently called the girl and asked her if she does not want to work again, she simply said that she is attending to her health in her village. I did not hear from her since then untill the 2nd of the following month, December when she called me to request for transfer of her salary to her. I initially asked her to come to office to resign and handover officially for me to work out her salary, but I later allowed human feelings to take hold me and I calculated/substracted the numbers of days she did not work for that month and transferred the balance to her.
Immediately she called to thank me and she again called on new day to wish me a happy new year.
Then suddenly on the 3/01/2020, she sent me a message that she would pls want to talk with me. I agreed to listen to her. She called me to say if I have not employed another secretary, that she would want to resume and that if I will allow her to work with me again. I simply told her that I would look into it and get back to her. Am yet to give her field back.
The issue now is, considering the nature of her leaving work AWOL, and now calling to beg to come back, should I accept her back or I should her engage a different person (already I have some applications for the job on my table).
N. B. Kindly note that her brief stay in my office have exposed the girl as a dishonest fellow and her penchant for excuses from office citing sickness and flimsy excuses is very her.
I need advice please. |

Romance › Explain These Categories Of Girls In My Sexual Escapades. by Abujaexpress(op): 4:21am On Apr 23, 2019*. Modified: 1:13pm On Apr 23, 2019 |
Pls guys, I really want to know why some girls do all these: 1. I have taken some girls out and we got consent to had s*x. When we got into the room, we just did a little bit of stand-kissing and the next thing, they would pull down thier trousers, wrap up thier tops, then give me doggy. I really detest this action.
I have had to tell some that I don't like this doggy of a thing as a first point for s*x because it makes me come easily, unless we start from the missionary, then gradually we then change positions.
2. The second category of girls have taken out is the ones that when we got in, infact before we could touch each other she would start removing her jewelleries(which I will assist in doing for her), then they would on thier own UnCloth me from crown to toe, then I do same for her, do a very engaging pre-intimacy, not rushing to "enter", until we uncontrollably find ourselves doing some sort of acrobatic display of sexual guts and passions.
3. The third category is the girls that you enter into the room with, she sits either on the chair or edge of the bed. I have to touch, talk and be smart enough to lay her on bed. On this category, I do all the removing, playing and she lies down only, until when I enter and she will begin to caress my head while riding in and out.
The point I really need a clarification for is, why are most girls quick to give you from behind, even when you detest it or need it straight starting from playing to sucking of boobs, then the main action? In fact some girls will not even allow you to touch or suck thier boobs.
I am a novice in this game, so I need serious tutorial. |

General955: thank God for your life bro.. i work in an insurance company and trust me i have seen cars in worse conditions which were brought back to life, but the question is at what cost u would spend nothing less than 600k to get this car fully motorable, just by mere looking at it, if u had insurance, it would have been the responsibility of the company to fix it, but no need laying blames, u have 2 options: 1)repair and sell it off and make money for another car. 2) sell it as it is and get another car by adding up to the funds realised
above all, get the new car insured...no double standards. good luck bro Thanks |

VISTIN: Thank God for your life.
Like men of wisdom have told you, just make arrangements and sell it off. It will be difficult to get it back to normal.
I tried such when a friend ran into a dish with my vehicle. After spending close to N300,000 there was no good result, I sold the car for N120,000
Meanwhile, see what you can claim from the insurance you have. Which Insurance? |
