I resumed to camp 18th of may(kogi state) and I heard plans to redeploy because of personal reasons. Before then I read a lot of stories about camp love and stuffs ,then I promised my self not to have any entanglement or fall in love....

On getting there , first thing I did was to join the NCCF as an usher ,it was a wonderful experience with the family,out of the 21 days ,I did ushering job for 15 days ,met a lot of ladies ... I crushed on some and vise versa but I promise my self I won't compromise ( as a child of God) .

Second week came it's was getting difficult not to mingle,i had to...the soldiers call me 'Dongo' (tall man)....I participated in almost activities in camp....from quarter guard,to parade, drama, etc...I was well know in my platoon.


Third week ..then I met this lady from Calabar ,she was a chorister and we met in church ,I can't remember who approached who first but that was it ..As a Yoruba guy, majority of girls I dated were from Imo, Anambra,rivers etc.. I developed this sudden feelings and affection...
She is beautiful,sings like an angel ,free spirit smart and most importantly she knows God truly(what I have been praying for), immediately we vibe together,ate together ,prayed together...but deep down I was not happy, because I was redeploying while she is not.
Told her about my plans of relocating back to my state ,I could see the huge disappointment on her face , though I promised her I will b communicating frequently ..will never let what we had die just like that... it's been 3 days .. I miss her badly
Truth is that I attended marrying her if the relationship worked out,still have that in mind tho...but I don't know how to manage long distance relationship...what can I do?

Whenever she is travelling ,she doesn't take her car... Fast forward today ,she needed to visit a neighboring town (OWO) so she told me when she gets there she will call me which she did.

On coming back, she had already gotten to Akure,then she highlighted a taxi which contained 3men , two at the back( probably Hausa or Fulani) we don't kwow ,then the driver which was definitely a yoruba.then she exchange few conversations with the men,giving them direction to a place.

She became suspicious because the man didn't pick anybody else ,even though they were going the same way....just few minutes, drive the driver told my mom that the Hausa guys r money exchangers ,and they are willing to give her tfare for her good gesture which my mom refused... The driver later told her if she can follow them to the location, promising to give her some dollars.

She told them she needed to drop house key in her shop that they should wait just for a min, got down and went to a random shop ,immediately she told some guys the situation but those guys weren't smart ,they just went straight to the car.The driver saw them coming zoomed off immediately......

I really thank God ......Guys pls be careful and vigilante out there.

Hi everyone,i created this topic to discuss about an unpopular opinion....and I want to know if it's just me or something.
Having a bestie of an opposite sex is another level of fornication..but we want to justify it by all means.. As a guy I have broken up many times because my ex (s) has entanglement with guys ( be it bestie,school father and so on)..why on earth would you want to have a male bestie once you r in a relationship,now am taking directly to the ladies because it's common .
I have been in that shoe before and I know how it goes as a male bestie ,las las we chop eachother and look away as if nothing happen and we r still friends. And this is it ,the main logic behind beastie or school father is that the guy might have ask the lady out once but she decided to friend zone him ,which will grow and turn to bestie and others.so as a guy
I can't date any lady once I discover you have a male bestie or rather you r ready to reduce the communication with such person which is hard.
