Rice is not like Plantain, Cassava, Tomatoes and Yam were they are easily harvested and transported to the consumers.
Rice has to be milled and only if Jonathan can show us READY TO USE rice mills before anyone should believe him.
Again where are the possible states he has partnered with their governors to allocate land space for farmland.
Don't for Rice doesn't just grow on any kind of soil.

Obj and Atiku streamlined it to only about 35 or so and later went down to less than 5 genuine importers which the Stallion group guys (vaswani brothers) were later given "sole' licence to import Rice (also sugar, salt, fish and others).
When Obj and Atiku started having squabbles, Obasanjo later discovered Atiku has a very Large share/interest in stallion group.
What did Obj now do? he depoted the Vaswani Brothers and confisticated their assets and made room for who? Dangote of course.
