Chosen1984: Once you get an invitation to Allen avenue, 15yinusa street there is another one at cele!!!
RUN FOR YOUR LIFE AND LITTLE CHANGE..
some years ago i had course to attend at 2 different locations but found out it was the same GNLD guys. Once i found out i left even before they start their stories.(i wasn't as pained as a guy i met one of the centres')
A young man living in kaduna was invited all the way for an interview. The guy almost killed them when he found out it was GNLD. I felt bad on behalf of the young man. That was shear wickedness from those criminals Very rampant in kaduna |

My experience in the hand of these people was not funny at all . The advert said its a multinational company seeking for skilled and unskilled labour. Skilled labour were to be paid 50,000 while unskilled were to be paid 30,000. Very happily,I called the number on the advert and the guy said i should send my details and call him back. On calling him, he gave me a venue and assured me that there would be an exam the next day that I should come with my writing materials. I got there the next day ready. They gave me a paper to fill my details again and write the number on the poster. Na so them com start seminar/lectures oo. From 10am till 2pm I almost faint. They were just shouting and motivating...after many talk, they said many are called but few are chosen (I think say na time for aptitude test oo) . That is how we were asked to pay 12,100 and we will not be poor in our lives again by selling the product and networking ( that's bringing others)... I just hiss carry my hungry stomach commot. I didn't know if I should be angry at them for decieving me ,or laugh at myself for falling for it Nothing person no go experience for naija |

Conclusion: you cannot be a car owner and be poor... Therefore, public transporters are on their own although I doubt if its applicable to them... They most times have their ways Because the fee of some of those offences of which most of the public transporters are guilty of such as overloading is more than what they make on a usual good business day |

How many of the whites killing black do we label as racism and yet when blacks kill white, we still attribute it to racism for it being in the news God has already intervened in Humanity but we have refused to aid/intervene ourselves. Ooh well.... |

adeoti01: Boil.....*before frying chicken*...you mean seriously ?? Some of the usual fried chicken you take at weddings and parties are they not boiled before they are fried His explanation is similar to the method used in preparing yamarita (of which the yam is boiled first before frying), hence my question. |

TheRealAdonye: I knew today was going to be a lazy Saturday so I had made plans to try something new in the kitchen. I decided it was going to be KFC styled Fried Chicken. I spent the week familiarizing myself with different recipes I came across. I was at the market yesterday to get the remaining ingredients which I needed and were not available in my kitchen.
Recipe: Colonel Sanders' recipe had 11 spices. These are Paprika, Onion powder, Salt, Sage, Allspice, Garlic, Oregano, Chili, Black pepper, Marjoram and Basil.
I wasn't able to get all the spices but I made do with what I had, so here goes.
1 tablespoon of Black Pepper 1 tablespoon of Thyme (substitute for Basil) 1 tablespoon of ground garlic (I couldn't get Garlic powder so I bought the fresh one and used approx. 1 cm of it) 2 tablespoons of Salt 1 tablespoon of Onion powder ( I used half of a medium sized Onion instead)
4 cloves of Ginger (not in the recipe but because Individuality) In addition, 3 cups of All-purpose Flour 1 tin of Milk 2 fresh eggs Chicken.
I was ready to begin.

mmsen: Those people you mentioned are not in public office.
What a silly argument.
A footballer gets paid to entertain by way of football, actors do so in their plays and in films. Are governmental officials entertainers? Are they here for our amusement?
Government jobs should not be a means of acquiring wealth - if you want to chase riches go into the private sector. Public servants are there to provide a public service for fair pay, not to amass wealth that is meant to be used to enrich the lives of the majority. The mentality of an average Nigerian coming to play in your post This theory/ mentality states that all politician are corrupt and compromised and under no circumstance should dey invest and save (as a normal wise human will do) if not, it will be seen as an act of amassing public wealth to their advantages. Therefore, they must spend all their stipends on non essentials and unproductive stuffs which cannot be probed and remain poor after service. Why can't we accept the fact that some of these politicians are "actually" financially stable as regarding what they earn legitimately by the constitution? So because he is not an entertainer he should not plan his life after retirement legitimately ( don't know if he is doing it illegally though...but you don't automatically conclude just because he is in the civil service) Mmsen, this man can afford this if he invests his legitimate salary properly So suffice me to say, this augument isn't "SILLY" |

I don't see anything wrong in this. Malali is the high brow area of Kaduna and lot of government official are reported to build their houses there. So not because he is under the lime light means his property should be singled out
How about going about snapping or capturing Namadi Sambo and Ramalan Yero property
What ever he is in the news for is not much of my biz, but what if actually this man used his actual salary to invest and build this mansion.... Are you saying there are people who don't do that again? Why don't you snap footballers, actors (and other occupation that can afford this) and tell them instead of looking for Chibok girls, they are building thier mansions Anyway....just my opinion |

Wow...although all this first class reports are amiable of Nigerians in diaspora, I am somewhat tempted to fault the Nigeria education system. In another point of view, is first class now sold How come we hardly hear of the not well to do Nigeria students on scholarship coming out in first class, only celebrity kids Anyways, that is non of my business, WHO WILL BE GREAT WILL BE GREAT regardless.
