Ecobank has been deducting money from my account for about 3wks now. All sorts of alerts just to get money out from my account. This is what they do to Nigerians in diaspora who bank with them. They should be santioned!

The stamp duty fee charges in your savings account haven’t been reversed? They reversed the charges on my savings account last week. Call them on 0700 500 0000 or send email to engcontactcentre@ecobank.com to reverse yours

At first we couldn't withdraw over the counter, now we are being charged for every withdrawal, card spending limits abroad are reducing or restricted every other day. I beg! It is better to open a domiciliary account with Ecobank and then you can transfer to Australia with Swift transfer. Go to any of their branches for more info.

I don't know what you guys are saying. I linked my Ecobank MasterCard to my Paypal account and I don't have any issues. You're supposed to get a confirmation code after registering on PayPal. The code comes as a SMS. If you don't get it, call or send a mail to Ecobank for the code. Then you use the code to complete registration on paypal. Email engcontactcentre@ecobank.com or call 0700 500 0000.

I have never used my card to reg before much less with a coupon code. I think the issue could be from my bank cos I was surprised the ecobank staff knew nada about Internet banking and was even discouraging me from activating it saying "All these online stuff are risky".
