safarigirl: Bla bla bla...una sabi talk plenty crap sha...
1. The lady in question is a yoruba woman and last I checked when u do a traditional wedding it's according to the ladies tradition. Except it's different in your place!
2. What makes that attire a Niger Delta attire? Is it the buttons undecided
3. He did change to an Igbo attire
4. Obviously u need to research more on traditional marriages..u should be complaining that the wedding wasn't Yoruba"ish" enough...

To the ones complaining that the wedding was done in lagos...y'all sound like big empty heads..should he have done it in his village..some of u are very ignorant and tribalistic..I'm Igbo and always fight for my tribe but some Igbos on this thread are really pig headed.

She is Yoruba and since Peter is not the woman the wedding should be a Yoruba wedding..whatever "igboness" in the wedding will be minute!
honey when a Yoruba man comes to marry an igbo woman in her villa..... you need to c their getup, their ppl represent hun!some igbo ppl do not know how to represent at all. I most definitly feel bad for ppl with your mindset hun. ARU!

CelebritiesRe: Peter Okoye & Lola Omotayo's Traditional Wedding (Pictures) by adabeke12(f): 6:46am On Nov 18, 2013
50calibre: But this isn't even a traditional wedding, what is it about the word " traditional " people don't understand? Can someone show me something of Igbo tradition in this wedding.

Some guys talk trash all the time.

Where are these men? Where's the palm wine? where are the women? Where are the kolanuts, the Igbo tradition has indeed gone to the dogs.

The Yorubas & Hausas, regardless of wealth or status, cherish their tradition so much, while the Igbos see theirs as a burden.
thank you

4 Him: woah! Easy there . . .
Its not about you, i was amused you would bring up this topic after you just recently talked about your own experience.

Sure it happens all the time but my take is this, if you're a lady pls respect yourself and find your own man . . . as a guy you have no excuse, if a woman snatches you then it means you werent really as committed as you pretended to be but was too much of a coward to say so.
The last part is absolutely correct

vivaladiva: must every discussion on naira land be personalised
i hear and see a lot of things happening within nigeria
many of my male friends have been to naija after being abroad and have mwny stories to tell
i have made and discarded friends
so whether on not it is or is not from personal experience is not the point
the fact is that it happens more often than nairalanders are willing to accept
You are absolutely right about that

As for your topic birds of the same feathers flocks together, so see why you and your so called friends are stealing each others men lipsrsealed

@~Antidote~
Hello stranger long time, sorry about the other time wink, will call you lata on

@vivaladiva
will be back for your dumbass, boyfriend Snatcher  cheesy cheesy

People can hide who they truly are for a very long time until you catch them or they feel its time to reveal themselves. I dont believe birds of the same feather flock together. A man kidnapped three girls for about 21 years and he had brothers and children and neigborhood friends who didnt believe he was capable of such act. Now he got detained do you think his brothers and children should get detained for something they had no idea about? I personally dont think. People sometimes are not who they claim to be.

KenGali: Leaving The ship does not mean drowning. there will be Life boats.
I'll Select the most physically Fit,
Then those With Navigation Skills
Then Health Professionals.
I'll spread them into Three or four teams .
I'll leave behind on the ship, children and the most vulnerable, with a few capable hands to be rescued, while the rest will try to survive .
Hence am sending out those with the best chance of survival to try and do so!
Success here means the number of people that eventually survive
Good one. I no eveb get mind to do all dat.
