It depends on the venue for the date dear. If its a walk in a park, a fun day on a beach, site seeing or catching a movie then fine its not compulsory to eat but don't take a beautiful lady to a restaurant if you dont have the intention of buying her a drink <at least>. FYI no 'lady' demands akpu on a first date.

I personally love guys who are smart, honest, enthusiastic and comfortable in their own skin. That said paying for dates is all on him! I think that guys who flash their wallets for gals want s*x in return while gals that are over demanding feel like they deserve it <money for s*x>. It just depends on the girl.

please dont generalise like that o. By God's grace my dad has never beaten up my mom b4 they've been married for close to 21 years now and their still going strong. It just takes the right man and the right woman and of course God to make a good marriage!

skinny doesn't necessarily mean beautiful. Are you guys saying that you've never seen an ugly girl that is skinny before? Beauty has to do with personality and character as well as the face. Being slim is healthy but that does not mean that you should mock or laugh at any fat person because some of these people are struggling. Some of them are addicted to eating, some do binge eating due to the loss of a loved one and some were born into families with a long line of obesity therefore its not their fault. Everybody has something that he/she is insecure about and for these people, its their weight. NB. The fact that you are skinny doesn't mean you're perfect.

Hmm the truth is bitter but it must be told. It is no joke that covenant university is one of d best university in nigeria right now but does it really make any sense to compare 'one of the best' to the best university in Nigeria? Truth is that those of us in federal universities have worked hard to get where we are now but we all knw dat people rush to private universities mainly because of their inability to pass u.m.e and other exams because as we all know wen covenant started u didn't even need to attempt the u.m.e exam to get in. After all said @ poster it is very clear that this argument is based on sentiments without much proof.
