My Personal Experience: I saw a mouthwatering offer on jumia's black Friday in 2014 and as i was clicking BUY, it wasn't going. After Jumia claimed that it was due to so many people trying to purchase.
For Konga, i was able to buy, but because i was in doubt, i clicked pay on delivery. As i was waiting, calling and monitoring my order, i noticed they cancelled it and claimed i changed my mind.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers
Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
